Pension Works provided us with a comprehensive and professional service throughout the advice process. Stephen Perkins and his team have been extremely supportive and have always listened to our reasoning which has made the exercise much simpler. There attention and detail have been clear and concise and easy to understand. We highly recommend their services.

From the very outset Stephen Perkins and Team have been a real pleasure to deal with . The initial consultaton was particularly thorough and i really did feel that i was being listened to and understood in an era when so many companies and individuals categuirise one in to boxes . The initial advise given was enough to be able to comit to full advice and the report that came from that was outstanding with a very comprehensive analysis and set of advice. Service received from Pension Works generally and my advisor Mark Citrone in particular was extremely professional and thorough. We were working to some tight timescales but the team did everything they could to ensure the work was completed in time and I am extremely grateful for all their hard work.

The advice, guidance and questioning from my advisor, Derek Winsland, was thorough professional and helpful throughout. Just one suggestion for improvement - I did find it a bit strange that all discussion were over the phone rather than via zoom/teams. Would be nice to put a face to the person you are talking to and would help the conversation flow.

I have been very impressed with the quality of service in my recent engagement with Pension Works, in particular the service from my adviser Derek Winsland was first class. Owing to issues with a third party we ended up with tight timelines to meet my objectives however the focus and clarity demonstrated around executing the process was exemplary. Staff were prepared to go the extra step to ensure the best outcome for me.

Communication from my advisor Dylan was excellent and his colleagues who set the appointments up. Dylan took time to explain all the reports and answer any questions I might have. I would highly recommend Pension works from my own experience with them.

At f first I was a bit disappointed in the initial call and felt the advisor was a bit abrupt and clinical. Eventually I realised that was just him doing his job, as all other discussions with him have been really friendly and very professional. They had a very tight deadline to stick to and I am extremely impressed with how they dealt with everything and would recommend them

I used pension works for a pension transfer advice.my personal advisor Paul Chester Was brilliant on the advice what he gave me keeping me up to date on progress via phone and email which was a complex process on arranging a transfer.the staff were brilliant also
