Throughout the process I received clear information from my Adviser who is called Dylan Davies. He always contacted me promptly at the times agreed, and was always keen to clarify any questions I may have had, giving guidance where necessary. I am very happy with the outcome that Dylan has achieved, and he was always very polite and friendly. Thank you for all your help Dylan, very much appreciated....

We received excellent service from Pension Works. Throughout the whole process, we were kept up-to-date at all times. Our Financial Adviser, Andrew Murphy was friendly, very knowledgable and answered all our questions. Paige, Jack and Luke were also very efficent at dealing with any queries.

Alastair has been very professional and explained everything clearly. The whole Pension Works team were all amazing and I am very impressed by their level of service. I would fully recommend Pension Works if you are looking at pension advice and transfers.

Pension transfer

I was very impressed with the Mark Citrone of Pension Works. He was very patient and gave expert and professional advice making sure that I fully understood the process of transferring my pension. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to colleagues, friends or family.

Had to get regulated financial advice to transfer a small DB to a personal pension. Good service, everything clearly explained and Presented in reports

Pension Works provided an excellent service throughout the transfer of my wife’s DB pension.
We wanted to transfer a Defined Benefit scheme to a Defined Contribution scheme.
Alistair Milner did the IFA work and provided an excellent and most responsive service.
We had begun the process with an alternative IFA but did not have the confidence in his work to progress.
