Communications very clear and easy to contact with any queries. Made light work of a complcated process for the lay person. Transferring a DB pension scheme is not a speedy or inexpensive process, especially if your fund is only slightly over the £30k threshold for receiving professional advice. That said, the service delivered by Pension Works was very thorough, covers all eventualities and my advisor Edward Tee was at pains to ensure I understood every aspect of the transfer and its impact on my future finances. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

I can not recommend PW highly enough from the advisors, to the team of assistance and the experts doing all the analysis in the background. Their professionalism and integrity is of the highest order. I have been working on two projects with them regarding the transfer of DB schemes, the first one they ruled it was not suitable but the key thing here is concerning fees. They made this decision before it went to full-advice but could have very well taken it to the final process and charged me thousands of pounds. Tell me a business that does months of work and produces a document that would rival the Magan Carta and then doesn't charge any fees for all that advice?
