Pension Works were recommended to me by my Financial Advisor. A DB pension transfer was a big decision to undertake so I was grateful to receive clear and unbiased advice. Josh was punctual to the second and the appointments were always arranged in advance. My details were listened to and acknowledged which made my decision on whether or not to transfer easier to decide. I have nothing to compare this experience with but I would have no reason to fault Pension Works handling in this matter. I would definitely recommend.

We were handed to Pension Works by our financial advisor team, as we were debating whether to change our pension arrangements & we required the appropriate FCA & ISO9001 accreditation which they can provide. We'd done a significant amount of research already, but needed the independent advice they offer to ensure we were on the right track, & that there weren't better alternatives we'd missed. Alastair & his team were exceptionally thorough all throughout the process, & we're very satisfied with the information & reports he's provided. He talked through all the potential risks & benefits, & the costs involved which are very reasonable considering the amount of work involved. The written reports cover every possible scenario, with pros & cons for each. We're more than happy that we're getting the right balance for our future & we're happy to recommend Pension Works.

I would like to thank Mark Citrone for his knowledgeable and punctual advice throughout the processes involved in transferring my Final salary pension. He was reliable, easy to understand and answered all my questions, either by phone or email, in a timely manner. Mostly, any correspondence to him was acknowledged 24 hours later. The detailed system of questioning I received was very useful and thought provoking regarding my personal situation and requirements for retirement and usually pointed out areas which I hadn't thought about or seen as relevant / important to me beforehand.
