Might be ok to buy cars from but there service department is poor won’t fix things even now it’s under a recall and been recovered by AA the had there report and still refused to fix the fault as they wanted to charge the diagnostic charge as they valid it found nothing they had been told in numerous occasions and shown proof . The vehicle has a recall on it for the throttle valve checking on the NGTAS website which been on recall for 2 years

Will Aubrey is such a nice, helpful salesperson. We bought our car within the hour. None of the pushing sales speak. Just made us aware he was there if we needed him & then retreated. Perfect for us because once we’d had a good look around, found a car we were interested in, we went to find him (not the other way round!). Sold there & then. Car booked in for repair at Livingston using collect return service on Friday 8th and no one came, after phone call it was rearranged for Wednesday 13th and same again a no show. Poor!!

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish !, Steve was really helpful and knowledgeable, and nothing seemed too much trouble for him. The whole sales experience was excellent, and I would not hesitate to recommend. I will definitely be returning again when my 3 years is up for my next car.

Just don't bother. Iv had nothing but issues since purchasing my 2024 focus.

It seems avoidance to issues is key at Ford and soon as you hand over money and sign the paperwork they don't care about you as the customer.

Car has caused so much stress. Finally sorted but only because I complained to the high heavens for them to sort it. It should not have taken many multiple complaints for them to take me serious and fix the stupid thing.

Can't wait to get rid of the thing and tell everyone and anyone to stay clear from fords. Not worth the time, money or stress.

I purchased a car from Ford garage at Calder Road, Edinburgh and had the pleasure of dealing with Stephen Veale.
From the minute I walked in, to the after sales care, he has been brilliant.
Whilst I understand how a car purchase works and all the bits in between, he made sure to take me through all the detail and made sure I fully understood everything.
I thought I had seen the car I wanted to purchase however Stephen actually found me a newer car, less mileage & ticked all my boxes at the same price. I’m delighted with the car!

Awful dealership zero aftercare once cars paid for want nothing more to do with it

Bought the car at the end of February. Engine is now knackered. They're saying it might not be covered by the warranty. Took them almost three weeks to even get this far.
I wouldn't got near them again.

Awful dealer ship car was handed over in awful condition was told to go through warranty and on top the pdi clearly was done by a Child as engine still has elastic bands left in

A huge thank you to Gordon Taylor and Steve Ward at Peoples Livingston for all their help with our new car. Gordon knew what trim/spec we were after and kept an eye out until the correct car came up for us. Steve kept us up to date every couple of days regarding the delivery process of our car as it was coming from Southampton docks. Great communication throughout and a seamless handover on the day of collection.
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Steve Ward who stayed over his day on collection day as he knew the garage would be quiet so our autistic son would be able to manage the situation. You will never know how much this helped and made it so much less stressful. Very much appreciated.
Have bought all our cars here for many years now. Always treated as an individual and not just a number. Thanks again

People Ford Speke. I Visited earlier today and kindly approached a so called "Motability Scheme Specialist" Zafar Mohammed about a recent death in my family and I was here to drop the motability car off and handover the keys and log book etc. (Which was booked in 2 weeks earlier with Motability).

Zafar was very dismissive and rude and didn't even listen to what I had to say and continued on saying there's no space here for your car (as it was a different brand not a Ford). I then again explained it was booked in 2 weeks prior to bring it here, he didn't listen and in the end I had to resolve the issue with a Manager who had the decency to listen and kindly took the keys and logbook in the end. Avoid Zafar Mohammed

Really poor service. Enquired about a car I was interested in and the salesman was rude, disinterested and quite frankly difficult to deal with.

Didn't bother continuing the enquiry and went elsewhere!!!

Customer service definitely needs improving here. If you can't be bothered to deal with a sales enquiry, imagine buying a car, having an issue with it and trying to get a resolution. Very poor all round!.

Tracey (peoples ford Bootle) is a Superstar.
Tracey every time i go in she helps me out.
She gives me 10/10 service and even helps with advice.

All the other staff are very kind as well, Mick (i think) greeted me when he was speaking to Tracey and i felt at ease.

They don't judge for what you do or don't know.

We needed to replace our Ford Fiesta after the insurance company wrote our Fiesta Titanium off. Our Ford was written off after it was T boned at a roundabout. We visited Peoples as that was were we purchased it 4 years ago. We spoke to Darren and Alan and they presented us with a replacement vehicle. It is a year younger and even less miles. Our original had very low mileage. It has everything that we wanted on it, very good bargain of a price. I want the community to know, they are very good.

Such an easy process and great help and advice from Adrian.... as usual.
I was in an accident with my car being a total loss I needed a replacement vehicle fast.

Absolutely outstanding service from Andy and Tony and Peoples Bootle in Liverpool.

My twin boys were both after a new car. With things being slow in the new car market at the minute our details were taken and we were told they would do some work and get back to us. The minute something suitable was sourced for them we were contacted straight away and walked through the simplest process I’ve ever seen. Between Andy the salesman and Tony the sales manager we couldn’t have asked for a better service. Both boys drove away brand new Focus’ with 0% finance (which is worth its weight in gold at the minute with the high interest rates) and the biggest smiles on their faces I’ve seen in a long time. The process was actually a pleasure to go through and made so simple. It’s a shame I can only give the lads at peoples 5 stars !!!

Recent purchase, could not rate the service any higher - without doubt 5*!!

People Ford Falkirk, excellent!
My Fiat 500 is so old that I am amazed that it is still holding together. Peoples Ford Falkirk did exceptional work and my car is actually better than ever. Also shout out to the reception staff who were welcoming and friendly, and to whoever hoovered my car...god bless you! (and Im' sorry)
