I have a lot of stuff. A lot. And following a flood, my home was a mess. I also have an anxious old cat who doesn’t like strangers or noise. The guys from Perfect Group - Luke and Danielo - could not have been more professional, friendly, quick or efficient. They packed my stuff up and took it to storage before I even knew what was happening, although if there was anything they weren’t sure about, they were sure to check. Super careful, considerate, methodical and honestly just a dream. They packed my stuff, moved it to storage, moved the rest to my new apartment and unpacked it there too. I could not have dreamt of a better service. The support I received to arrange the service from Sandra and the guy who did a video call tour of my home first to assess my needs, was also absolutely first rate. Now I’ve experienced this level of service, I’ll factor the cost in to any future moves as it’s 100% worth the money in saving you time and stress.

The two young men who collected my furniture for temporary storage and the two, different, young men who returned my furniture and the young lady who arranged for the pickup and return, were professional, courteous, respectful and good humoured, making the whole process totally stress free. I can’t sing their praises enough. Definitely recommend this company.

The removal side of Perfect group, so reliable, quick and helpful . The two guys who returned my goods from Storage were brilliant. The office staff dealt with every issue perfectly!!!! Perfect Group have been a dream to work with. The lady in the office - Libby - has always been ultra helpful, polite and efficient. The packers have been great - especially Dave and Liam who helped with my last move in. Dave arrived on time and was polite, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. If you ever need to move house, choose Perfect Group for service, reliability and efficiency.

Perfect Group helped my mother move into a rental property folllowing a house fire, which was very traumatic. Adrian and Toby could not have been more helpful and respectful to the position we were in, ensuring they organised everything swiftly and as my mum wanted, while taking the time to ensure she was happy with what they were doing. Big big thank you to you - can not give enought praise for the service provided!

We used Perfect Group earlier this year as we had to move out of our home to temporary accommodation for reasons beyond our control.
Perfect Group we’re fantastic. The guys who came were friendly , polite and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and they took great care in moving our furniture. Will be using Perfect Group again shortly and know the pressure of moving back will be taken of us. I would especially like to call out Libby who was completely amazing. At a time in our lives when things were really tough, having to leave our home after a water leak, Libby was a ray of sunshine.

She was so kind, compassionate and listened to what we needed and helped in any way she could. A very special young lady indeed. Helped me in more ways than she knew.

The Perfect team of three arrived at our aunt’s bungalow this morning. They had come to put some furniture into storage and move some furniture between rooms in readiness for the remedial work to correct damage caused by a willow tree. She is 88 and all this upheaval has really upset her. The guys were brilliant and handled the situation very well showing great empathy. There was banter and chat but above that professionalism and hard work on a very hot day. We were very impressed by how they handled the job.

Hope this is permitted, but we have had the Perfect Group removals move us from our home of 32 and a half years, to our new place. This company is exemplary from start to finish, planning the move and the actual move. The team we had were brilliant in every way and we can't thank Perfect Group enough. At a very stressful time due to subsidence the men from perfect group were absolutely fantastic .....even down to the phone calls before arrival ,courteous, amazingly careful ,they introduced themselves which made me feel more comfortable .Professional throughout and,polite it was a very strange situation made good by the fantastic work ethic of these men Thankyou

I have had 2 dealings with The Perfect Group lately, arranged through my insurance company. Everything about this claim has been an absolute disaster, EXCEPT for The Perfect Group. They have been friendly and efficient on the phone, the 2 teams of guys who turned up to remove and then deliver were amazing, friendly, chatty, efficient and careful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were also good company (which I wouldn’t have thought was a job requirement, but boy does it make life easier and brighter when they are!) The only reason this is not a 5 star review is that the original booking to collect my furniture was pretty messed up, in that the team went to London while I live in Manchester! I can laugh about it now, but at the time, it wasn’t so funny. That said, the office immediately called me and arranged a new slot for the following day and everything went perfectly from there on in. Particular shout out to Sandra in the office, the midlands removers team who took my stuff into storage and David and George who delivered the hired furniture earlier today. If I could give all of them ten stars, I would! Thank you.

We recently moved back to the UK and needed temporary furniture until our new furniture could be purchased and delivered. From our very first contact with Perfect Group and Sarah Frost we have been very impressed. Sarah's guidance, knowledge of product, follow up and cheerful manner has made our relocation go much smoother. Not to forget Tony, Drew, Connor and Dan, who were all very courteous and so careful during the delivery and pick up process. Thank you Perfect Group for a job well done.

From the beginning to even two weeks after I moved, Perfect Group were truly PERFECT. From scheduling the move to being clear on what was coming with me and what was going to storage (Ashlee was a GEM and also checked up on me after the move to make sure it went smoothly), they were on top form. Then the movers they sent were nothing short of amazing! Friendly, fun and efficient! I can't believe how quickly they packed up my house and how helpful they were unpacking what they could on the other end. To then having the pleasure of meeting another guy a few weeks later who came to take the empty boxes (provided) off my hands!! 100/10 experience.
