This company deserves 5 stars. The lads that came to the house were respectful, brilliant at their job quick and so helpful as well. The company have been brilliant from start to finish. The lady on the phone was lovely too. Can't find fault with them at all. Would recommend to everyone

Don't use them! They damage your personal belongings and don't take responsibility for it. They lost loads of our items, broke and damaged others.
Awful company!!

Kieran and Nathaniel were exceptionally professional and careful to ensure that no damage was caused when collecting hire furniture from a particularly awkward area from the property.

If I require the services of Perfect Group again in the future I shall certainly be requesting this duo handle the job.

When you have “Perfect” in your company name you need to live up to it and most definitely they did! A longer distance move, completed on the hottest day of the year so far, was no mean feat. Despite the conditions all kept their cool at all times! The whole team were polite, friendly and EXTREMELY hard working, delivering our possessions with great care safely to their new home. So it’s huge thanks to Dave,
Nigel, Jack, James and Hayden as well as to the remainder of the team joining from the Midlands. Also to the ever efficient and cheerful Mabel coordinating the seamless service we received.

After the most stressful few weeks and having to leave our home due to fire risks, we were apprehensive about how the actual move would go. Ash & Tim made it the easiest transition ever (despite all the stairs!) and we are so so grateful for their help!! Thank you ❤️

From first impressions when James came to quote for the move to Hayden and Nigel leaving us in our new home across the country, I honestly can’t fault Perfect Group. Our move was complicated and the dates changed fairly close in. Everything was accommodated with no fuss and total reassurance.
It’s actually quite a big deal to have strangers handling all your property but it was done with care and attention. In fact it was a pleasure to have the guys around.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and would most definitely recommend. Big thanks also to Mabel for her help behind the scenes and Leon and his team for their packing efforts. Thank you!

Amazing service from start to finish, Mabel was very helpful on the phone, Perfect group made the move so easy and took away all the stress with the move, they were professional and took time and care with all our items, dismantleing and reassembling beds, the team were so nice, nothing was too much trouble. We had some extra boxes delivered and they were collected at no extra cost. I can't recommend these enough.

They arrived on time. The guys were all polite and worked hard. Everything went exactly as planned and we couldn’t have asked for an easier moving day. I would unreserved recommend them to anyone.

Best removals company!

Absolutely brilliant service from all the team, beginning to end. Despite delays and postponements they were always accommodating, changing dates around with no complaints. On the day Will, Jay and John turned up on time, work efficiently and with a smile. Nothing was too much bother. Would definitely recommend! Thankyou team!

This was the third move entrusted to Perfect Group in six years. No need to go to tender as performance excellent. Always friendly at a stressful time and in solving the expected unexpected challenges. Can't rate them too highly.

These guys were efficient, polite and good fun. They made a stressful 2 days much easier. They really handled the furniture carefully and were careful not to damage walls or leave any evidence that they had been there. In the new house that got the sitting room and bedroom sorted so we could just collapse at the end of the day. I would highly recommend them. I wish all companies I deal with were as communicative, efficient and as professional are the perfect group are.

The admin side of it was handled efficiently, the move date we wanted was confirmed a couple of days before we moved (it was a temporary move after an insurance claim, so it wasn't like we were in a chain) and the team on the day came in, packed for us, dismantled large items - beds, sofa, table etc - then put everything where it needed to be in the new property and reassembled what needed it. Nothing lost, nothing damaged, lovely crew: as stress free as moving can ever be. Would use again.

Very careful and considerate employees. No rushing, nothing was too much trouble, including much furniture re-arrangement. I would recommend using Perfect Group for any moving or storage needs. Three employees from the company cane and were professional . Phoned me before they arrived on the day and confirmed appointment also day before . Sofa came sealed and wrapped and they bright 2 seater up in lift and the 3 seater they had to carry up 6 flights of stairs so was not expecting that as was greatful they did that . Happy with the job and thumbs up .
