I purchased a fall detection watch from this company on a yearly contract
I thought it was best for my situation unfortunately every time I moved my wrist or put my arm down. It would alert fall detected. This was no good at all. Then I accidentally dropped it on the carpet and it did not go off. Should this have been a genuine emergency It would have not been detected. How long would I have been waiting for any type of emergency services/ help? These types of watches are totally useless
I have had to return the watch
I have been able to stop the yearly direct debit. No refund of the £75 registration fee has been repaid. It was not advertised that this fee would be kept by the company
The watch is obviously faulty! I am not happy with the company whatsoever and would never recommend the service this company offer to anyone. I also ask where and what has happened to my personal information/ details?

I was sceptical on the product I was going to receive and the aftercare service. All I can say is that this company superceded all my expectations. Emails with clear instructions received within minutes and regret not going with this company sooner. A big shoutout to Yvonne, there should be more people like her in customer service .

Communication has been quick, friendly and efficient whether by email or telephone. We are pleased with the alarm chosen for our mum, although a bit frustrated it requires charging around every three days. Suresafe has said that this is a good amount of time for charging.

Quick to order new magnetic strap and delivery good. Unfortunately, the dementia makes my dad put things places and then forget ever seeing them, so that was fun.
I wrote a previous review saying that the original straps are hard to fasten with two hands let alone one.
I might still have to go for the lockable strap as the magnetic one keeps catching on things and falling off.
It's also worth noting that while fighting to get the watch fastened we occasionally the alarm button.
On the flip side his automatic go to are the buttons on the side to interact with the watch. The button on the side turns it off.
If he did as instructed - keep the watch on at all times and press the buttons on the face for the time and for help this would be perfect. They are very quick to respond AND IMPORTANTLY friendly and patient.
My dad feels awful when he presses it by accident and I heard them tell him never to apologise or feel bad. It was sincere and said in a beat.

The SureSafe system was easy to set up on our pc, and it has been fully tested for an emergency "fall". In addition to the emergency help, the watch also broadcasts when medication is needed three times a day, which is a great help.

This was a simple product to order. It arrived promptly, was charged and set up was straightforward. The alarm is providing both mum, the wearer and my sister with another level of reassurance, knowing that there is always someone on hand to help in an emergency as we can’t always be with her.
