A very reasonably priced appliance.
Typing on behalf of 90 year old Mrs Kathleen Lloyd, my husband and I (in our 80's) initially could not fit the alarm until we realised that we were trying to connect to a redundant BT line. However, I learnt a new skill, emailing photos to Terry from my mobile, who put us right. Thank you to the patience of your staff. The replacement box (not needed) was posted back to you yesterday.

Wrist/fall Alarm
We recently bought my mum a new wrist/ fall alarm. Initially it worked fine but then we had a problem with the SIM card. The representative from Suresafe was amazing (Yvonne) helped resolve the issue going above and beyond in order to do so. Every time I have had cause to call them I received competent and friendly service. The alarm itself seems to do what we need it to but it’s not been tested in a real emergency as yet. I can highly recommend the product, company and service.

We were looking for a replacement alarm…
We were looking for a replacement alarm for my father, as the one he was using had gone up in price by over £150..your service was cheaper, and from what I could see, far superior to the fixed base unit system he had..I left a call back request and you called me back the next day...twice, actually...talked with a guy who spoke clear english, sorry can't remember his name, who explained everything..the watch arrived in under a week as did the new user form..that would be my only criticism....an online form would make life a tad easier as I had to print it, fill it out , scan it and and attach it to an email...I know my father would not be able to accomplish this without help, so maybe others would have the same problem..all in all we are very happy with the service and the product...let's hope you don't jack the price up next year like the other lot did
