So impressed
So impressed with the customer service at SureSafe. I had some queries recently when changing broadband providers and SureSafe and Yvonne particularly have been on hand and helped every step of the way when a few issues cropped up. It’s massively rare to get a personal response from a friendly human who replies promptly and actually fixes the issue especially when I bought the product a few years ago. A huge thank you. Peace of mind
The watch arrived quickly and was easy to set up and test. Dad hasn’t needed to use it yet (and hopefully won’t) but it helps my peace of mind. The battery lasts several days.

I have used this company a few years…
I have used this company a few years and I have been really impressed with them.
But sadly they sold me something that was discontinued in 24 and did not tell me until now. I would never buy something this important out of date unless they said it would be ok. I bought another sim when they said it would work fine. But then it did not work and now told it wont work. They need to make there mind up. So I've bought another one. They say they will do sim pro rata yet its not my fault that the sos didn't work. I am really upset they have taken me for a fool. I really thought this was a fantastic company but obviously not.
I can't explain this any other I think its very clear I was told you sold me something which was discontinued. That's it thanks

Customer support is great
Customer support is great. The watch arrived the following day of the order. Very easy to set up. Reminders are sent when battery is getting low. Would not hesitate to recommend and reasonable price to have that peace of mind that help is just a call away as the watch detects and calls for assistance even when unresponsive.

We feel this is a little unfair as you ordered after 5pm on the 19th, we shipped it on the 20th (as it was after the postal cutoff time), and it was delivered on the 21st. It was effectively next-day based on the time of day you placed your order.
We still thank you for your feedback though, and hope the product provides the safety and peace of mind you require. We are always available should you require any assistance.

All information was clear, easy to understand from start to finish. I received the watch very promptly and it’s very easy to use. Had to use once and a very helpful member of staff responded very quickly. I had actually pressed the wrong button trying to cancel but was phoned to make sure I was ok. Can’t fault anything.
