The most unprofessional company and customer service I have dealt with. They are clearly a scam.
ordered some personalised goods which they claim has been delivered and now have blocked me from contacting them. DISGUSTING

FAULTY PRODUCT & WRONG PERSONALISATION
RUDE, INAPPROPRIATE CUSTOMER SERVICE & BLOCKED MY EMAIL - can send evidence.
NO REFUND OR REISSUE OF PRODUCT

Ordered a plate for baby’s first Christmas meal - had to chase up my order as no contact once order confirmed and when it arrived there was no ‘s on the end of the name ..... granted, this was my error but the wording around this not entirely clear and other personalised companies usually contact you to clarify name/ spelling etc . The manner of their replies came over as rude . Won’t use them again 😡

Ordered wine advent calendar, order accepted, no further contact from them, chased it and got automatic reply,...... order update cancelled lost in transit. Don’t bother with them, absolute dreadful, waste of time. Much much better online sellers out there who know what customer service is!!!!

0. Do not order from here. They got my order wrong TWICE and wouldn't issue me a refund as said I was lying even though I included a picture of the incorrect spelling. They lied and said that's how I spelt it. Honestly, who accuses their customers of lying? They dealt with my in a rude and unprofessional way. Do not order from here!

If I could give a big fat 0 I would !! DO NOT ORDER!!! I ordered 2 fabulous bridesmaid money boxes and was sent to completely different money boxes !!! Have tried to cal many times but Guess what no REPLY I’ve also tried emailing GIUESD what it bounces back no reply !!!!’ Shocking Service buy from someone else !!! Finally have a reply saying return too .... No apology!! Shocking

Scam company .... no products, no refund poor communication, returned emails with notifications failure 😡

Wish i read these reviews before ordering.
I sent them an email and they sent back a very short email saying it had been delivered which is a complete lie.
This company is an absolute scam
Edited, recieved a very rude email reply from "customer services" please, dont deal with this disgusting company. Apparantly I will be recieving a refund in 10 days, I wont hold me breath

- Very bad customer service
-Overcharged in many things for example postage £7.99, they refunded me £1.00 but the cost by Royal Mail is £4.25
-Charged £2.99 for gift wrapping service and the item in question was not gift wrapped it was a piece of brown paper which amazon provides in their delivery
- overcharged and didn’t provide correct refund
- didn’t notify you what item was not coming
-item stated dispatch over a week later emailed them to ask for update in case got lost, was told it be there in few days, 4 days later received
- would never recommend this company

I wanted to purchase an item listed at £4.99. In the description it says it came with free delivery. When I got to the checkout there was no free delivery option so I emailed them. Got a very short answer saying it does not come with free delivery. I replied saying you are advertising there is and rechecked the site to find not only have they now removed the free delivery line but also upped the price on the item.
Needless to say I have had no further response from them.
Terrible customer service and what an awful way to do business. They do not deserve the few customers they seem to be able to satisfy orders for.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have not received the item I ordered and, when chasing it up via email, responses were blunt and rude. Would recommend everyone avoids this poor company.

I ordered a football from Personalised Moments but it never arrived (order number 31477/100620/68). When I emailed to ask where it was, I received a short reply telling me it had been delivered. I replied explaining that it had not, as I had been home during lockdown the whole time, and there was no football here. Subsequent emails did not receive a reply, and still no sign of the football one month after ordering. Avoid ordering from this company if you want to receive what you have paid for.

I was really unimpressed with ordering from this website. I ordered two keepsake boxes in white- when I received the first one I was disappointed with the quality on the inside and felt embarrassed giving it as a gift and had to explain myself. I sent pictures and emailed to complain, but didn’t hear back. When I received the second one I paid extra for gift wrap, it arrived without being gift wrapped. So again complained after attempting to call numerous of times. The customer service is poor along with the quality.

Very impressed, placed order easily beginning of week and arrived this morning (Saturday) and happy with my product.

Ordered twice with them and both times it says your order is in production then later you get an email to say order refunded, these were for a 21st birthday present so very disappointed. If the items are not in stock they should not be on your website for sale. Will definitely not be ordering from them again. Very poor service.

Been charged for 2 over priced chocolate bars. They they emailed to say not in stock? Then they never refunded me.looking at the other reviews. I would just stay away and spend your money elsewhere. Really rude when you contact them too. Beware!!

Very disappointed, brought two placemats for my dogs. They arrived and when I opened it, it was just paper that was laminated. There’s no way it’s going to be any good- I could have made it myself

It doesn’t state on there that it was going be laminated. Waste of money!

They have sent the wrong duvet set and have asked me to send back so they can refund me. I have gone back to them twice about compensating me for return postage as it was their error and had no response. Glad I have read these reviews before returning back as this company clearly can’t be trusted and shouldn’t be in business!!!!

Ordered a personalised easter bunny, asked for names to be put on the ears. Looking at the bunny it should read Millie Marie, millie on the left ear as I look at it and Marie on the right ear. When recieving the item the names were on opposite ears, reading Marie Millie. I emailed the company to tell them about the issue with the item. I had a very rude response stating the names are on the correct ears as it is the items left and right not your left and right as you look at it. This however is not stated on the website which to me is very misleading. I am absolutely disgusted with how they handle complaints and have zero professionalism when comes to costumer service, very sarcastic in how they reply. I asked if I could have a replacement or full refund after I paid £15 for the item and an extra £2.99 for gift wrapping. However the item was not gift wrapped It was shoved in plastic wrapping and into a padded envelope. The reply after I requested a refund or replacement was that they are not taking responsibility for my mistake and that they would not be answering any further insulting emails. I was not insulting I was just stating my thoughts on the item being wrong.
