It has been a very stressful time for us because bed bugs invaded our flat. Tony, the Director of the company explained me the whole process and ensured me that him and his team would every thing to deal with situation and eliminate bed bugs. Tony also ensured me that it would be a nightmare of past. What really impressed me is Tony and his team exceptional customer service in terms of booking treatment, answering as many inquires as I asked. Accommodating treatment to suit our convenience. I was mortified when I discovered a few fleas in my house and I had no pet!! We later discovered that they were being bought in on us from the stairwell in our block from a resident who is a hoarder with pets and that a few other flats had been effected. I immediately looked on google to find a pest control company to help. I knew from the moment I spoke to Gary that these guys were total professionals. I was reassured, I was given advice and given an appointment straight away. My anxiety was through the roof and I was completely overwhelmed with it all. I have to say that if it wasn’t for Gary being so patient and so understanding with the amount of phone calls and advice he gave me I would have been a total wreck!! He was a complete star!!! Nickolaus was our main man, lovely, chatty professional guy who also was reassuring. Nickolaus seems to have eradicated the issue we’ve not had any fleas for about 9 days now but he is coming back for an extra spray to put my mind at ease and I can’t thank them enough not just for sorting the issue but for the time and care they have taken to make me and my family feel at ease. The fact that I have reassurance that if the fleas come back they will come out free of charge….again another plus point to this company and a great peace of mind for me. Thankyou so much for everything. I would give you 10 stars if I could.

I’m extremely pleased with the service I received from Catch It Pest Control. They were highly professional as well as helpful even before I decided to use them. They are more expensive than some other pest control companies...but you get what you pay for, and they are well worth it.
I had tiny springtails in my house caused by the hot weather and scaffolding’s being put up around my apartment, and I was extremely creeped out by these little pests, so much so that I couldn’t sleep. Suffice to say that since using Catch It Pest Control, I haven’t seen anymore springtails. So as well as getting rid of the Springtails, they’ve also put my mind at rest and I can sleep comfortably knowing I’m not going to see them on my walls or skirting boards. What’s also great about this company is I know if I see anymore of these pesky pests, they will come and service my apartment again free of charge. However it’s been over two weeks and I’ve not seen a sign of the Springtails. They are well worth what they charge. I wholeheartedly recommend this pest control company to anyone who needs this type of service. Although I didn’t use Catch it pest control, I had some concerns about another company we used to eradicate our rat problem. I ended up speaking to Tony to explain our situation. Safe to say he spent 10 minutes on the phone with me listening and giving advice. What an exceptional family business! It was great to speak to someone who knew what they were talking about vs a sales team. Highly recommend them!

Professional, effective, and friendly. Everyone I dealt with in the company (Tony, Gary, Lee, and Chris) was a pleasure. Chris was my main guy and I really can't overstate how great he was. Wouldn't use anyone else if I ever have any future issues.

Never in my life have I ever experienced a rodent problem but after a new build opposite un nested them they came to my house. Horrified I sought a solution. Paid £400 to a private company who put down poison but did nothing to see where these things were coming from or getting in nor willing to look and so I turned to the council (another £150) who came with more bait boxes and poison but the rats were not eating it? Frustrated and tearful I found Pestology on line and OMG what a service. Just amazing. Dont waste money on baiting companies. They don't work. These are the real deal. They got to work 2 days after I called them and sealed everywhere inside and out. So professional, so kind. Lucas sealed inside the house, and then Chris and Greg the outside. Luke and Gulliver were really helpful going through what needed doing from the survey they did, breaking down everything every step of the way and explaining. Lovely people. Nothing too much trouble and they literally go over your property with a fine tooth comb. They understand pests, how they operate and where they access properties. Its been 2 days and so far so good. I will check back in 3 weeks and give a further update but cannot fault this company. A+ Service.

We have used Catch-It a couple of times (once to clear wasps and another to get rid of rats, who had eaten through a water pipe and caused a ceiling to comedown!) and they have been exceptional. They respond immediately, are thorough about surveying the site and ensuring they don't just go for the first, most obvious point of entry, take time to explain what is happening and answer all the questions one has, come back regularly and have so far been good at eliminating the problem. All the staff we have dealt with are polite, thoughtful and eager to help. Really a great outfit.

I had excellent service from Catch it Pests all the staff are professional very polite and efficient they always keep to the times that are booked .They make you feel at ease what ever the problem is probably because they are a family run business I would recommend them to anyone

Very knowledgable and quick response. They came to our house 3 times to ensure that they sorted out the problem. Luckily it seemed like our mice where only passing, but nonetheless they took care of looking wherever they could be hiding. Very professional, would recommend them.

Very quick to respond and friendly service , normally came in a couple of hours and provided multiple ways to try and catch the rat. The last resort was poison when it wouldn’t emerge from under the floorboards.

The guys are always so polite, kind and helpful. I have used this company quite a few times and they have never ever let me down. Can’t fault them. Excellent service !

The pest situation has been a bit of a difficult one to treat but the company have provided an excellent service in order to get rid of the issue.
