Excellent service. Have had this company round a couple of times to deal with pest issues within our flat. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been incredibly polite, helpful and professional. Genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. The guy who came round most recently (pretty sure his name was Paul) was very professional and wouldn’t stop until he’d solved our issue. We were being woken up by pigeons at dawn every morning, haven’t heard anything since! Would 100% recommend them if you have any pest issues.

Catch-it Pest Control have been very responsive and have provided effective treatment to rodent/mice removal. We were assigned Darren their manager to carry out the job and must say Darren exactly understood our problem and help us to resolve the issue with his expertise in his field.

excellent service so far. We had a bad mouse problem with our old pest control company, but we changed to Catch It and saw a dramatic improvement very quickly. There have been no reports of mouse sitings or new droppings since changing to Catch It.

Such a positive experience. We had 3 visits from a super helpful person from catch it called Chris Tucker. He was knowledgable and thorough when assessing the flat after we had seen a mouse. He was always very clear about the reasons for the things that we had seen and he always had a solution. We haven’t seen any problems since Chris came and we will definitely use catch it again if we have further problems. Thanks!

To be honest, we thought the price they quoted us was on the high side incomparison to other quotes we recieved. However, we are happy we chose Pestcontrol4London. The sevice we received was excellent, the guy that came was very professional and knowledgeable on Pest mangagement! He explained to us clearly what the issues were and how he was going to address them. He made a number of visits to our property without any extra charge and I can confirm that our pest issues have now been resolved. When a rat appeared in my house on a Saturday afternoon Catch-it were a life saver. They were with me within an hour, and over the days that followed removed the invaders, discovered the cause, proofed my house and fitted a valve to the drains to prevent future problems. All the team were thorough, reassuring, responsive and on time.

We encountered a mice problem, initially from our loft, which led to them being seen in our kitchen & living areas, which was a very scary sight for our 2 children to see. Right from the initial contact, these guys have been incredibly helpful in tackling this problem. We have been dealing mainly with Chris, who has been very friendly, personable & very knowledgable also, the treatment so far has been very effective & their advice on how to deal with & prevent the mice from potentially returning has been invaluable. They continue to provide ongoing support to us, which other companies do not seem to offer, as they see a job like this is not finished, until the problem has gone away completely.

Our experience with Tony and Chris has been fantastic. To encounter a rat for the first time ever in your home in the middle of the night is a very scary experience. After calling around early Sunday morning on Father’s Day to try and get someone to come over to deal with it, Tony was the only one to return the urgent phone call. He was very helpful and friendly. He explained the whole process very clearly and kept us updated as he organised someone to come over as soon as possible. Chris came just over an hour later. Chris was very calm, professional, friendly and reassuring. The rat was caught very quickly and removed by Chris. Chris took his time to look around the property, laid poison and traps and booked a follow up appointment. We cannot thank and praise Tony and Chris enough. It has been an absolute delight dealing with them.

Awesome family-run business - we had a rat running around our kitchen and it was really distressing. Tony was super lovely on the phone and managed to get to our flat within an hour after booking. Tony and his dad (I didn’t get his name) were wonderful, professional and efficient. They explained everything to us as they did it. They laid down traps and sticky mats and the rat was caught just after they left - they came right back to remove it. We’re super grateful! Would absolutely use Catch-it pest control and recommend to anyone who has issues with rats or any pests.

My experience with this company has been exceptional. Chris is extremely professional and kind- he knew I was scared of mice but never once made me feel silly for feeling this way.
