Just received my first raw food delivery. There should have been 2 boxes, DPD only delivered one. I emailed the company and they immediately dispatched the missing raw food items. I received this the following morning. Great communication and customer service.
I have big dogs and they are enjoying the product so far 🤞, it is well minced and comes in quite fat sausage rolls. This could be the only issue for me, they take up a lot of freezer space, thinner longer rolls or flat packaging would enable me to purchase more in bulk. This would also mean less polystyrene packaging for delivery. I have emailed them with this suggestion.
The food had zero odour (which some low quality raw dog food does have). Will be ordering again.
