My experience of this terrible and untrustworty company has not been a good one..
I paid for a policy prior to it beginning.
Was contacted to say they wanted to ammend a detail that would bring the price up significantly .
They then charged me £55. to cancel a policy that hadnt even began.
Customer service is unhelpful and robotic.
Didnt even bother to reply to my email regarding the issue and took £55 from my payment.
Shameless practices in my opinion.
Most certainly wouldnt recommend .
Interesting that you only reply when I write a review . Ill say no to your invite to contact your webpage as it was no use last time.

Customer service is non existent, may offer good prices but if you need help and reach out to them they are very slow to answer and not very good when they do.
Hi Molly, as I was unable to get a reply or speak to a customer advisor, I don't have those details. I waited over 30 minutes for a reply on chat even though there was 0 in the queue ahead of me.

What a rip off company
What a rip off company, found out the hard way that they use a credit broker so if you cancel the policy early you get stung for the remaining balance plus a £75:00 cancelation fee,

We're sorry to hear you're disappointed. We do clearly advise before purchase that a £75 cancellation fee applies, and customers choosing to pay by monthly instalments enter into a separate credit agreement with Premium Credit.
To proceed with cover, customers are required to read and accept both the policy terms and the credit agreement, which explain the cancellation charges and any outstanding balance that may remain payable if the policy is cancelled early.
We appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration, but this information is provided and accepted as part of the purchase process.
