Awful!
Awful!! I am in desperate need of the results for our puppy so I paid for the 48 hour quick turn around of results. We are now 11 days since sending our sample back and STILL have no results, nor any message to confirm that they have received our sample. When questioned over chat a week ago, they said that they may have received it but it can take up to 10 days for them to get through the backlog of samples, so what was the point in me paying a premium for quick turn around of results?! Nowhere on the website does it say this - it's false advertising.
Also, it is impossible to get hold of them - the phone number online just plays a recorded message then goes dead. The supposedly 24/7 chat doesn't work - very occasionally appears as an option but this is rare. All false and full of lies. Also says to email them if you have a complaint, yet there is no email available for them on their website. Absolute nightmare, waste of time and waste of money!!
