BIG SCAM, let me explain.
I was scrolling through Facebook when I came across a video by YouTuber TIBO IN SHAPE, promoting his clear whey protein for just €9.90 per pack. Here, you’ll find screenshots of this surreal conversation.

Unfortunately, I didn’t double-check the details, tempted by the attractive price. I should have known better, given how familiar I am with the internet.
Once on the site, I placed an order for one tub, but you couldn't add more than one to the cart. Out of caution, I used a virtual card just in case (thankfully).
At the payment stage, I should have paid closer attention because the URL switched from inshapenutrition to something like pets4ever. That should have been a red flag, but unfortunately, I went ahead with the payment. And then, SURPRISE!
I receive a message from this company informing me that I had signed up for a subscription with them. Of course, I thought they might have been hacked—it happens.
So, I contact them to explain that I didn’t make any purchase with them and lay out the issue. But then, the customer service representative pretended to ignore my message and acted as though I had indeed subscribed to their service.
That's when I realized that they were behind this well-crafted scam.
I lost €9.90, but I thought, no big deal.
However, recently, I received an email from their support offering me a refund, but "in exchange" for a positive review on Trustpilot (which is actually prohibited by TP).
So, I felt compelled to report this because I find it incredibly bold of them to ask for a positive review in exchange for a refund, acting as though they were doing me a favor, when, in fact, I’ve been scammed from the very start.
