I made a mistake in applying for a membership to their store. I really needed the money for my schooling and I’m glad they will refund all the money I was able to mistakenly invest. Kudos to this shop!

I somehow unknowingly subscribed to Pets4eva web site and it processed a large subscription fee. I didnt realise until I saw a strange transaction on my acct. I then went in search of how to reverse the situation as I dont even have any pets so hoped that this would be resolved and a refund issued. I was delighted today to find an email from a representative called Ray stating following a full investigation it has been confirmed I subscribed in error and a refund is being processed for the full amount and will be in my account in next 7days. This is truely appreciated thank you for doing this!

They did contact me so here is the edit. /original review Guess what I haven't had a pet in years and the card you think you can steal from was cancelled over a year ago lol so forget about dangling a refund in front of me. Lol finally a scam artist runs their scam on themselves. Take your refund and .......

There was an advert for company and it was 3 euros but please be aware folks as nothing received and this incline signs you up to their site where they continue to take money out og your account every couple of weeks please check your banks if you have ever been on site and thought signing up to just a news letter BEWARE as apparently they cannot refund you

Stop using Shein ads to trick people into buying your stuff that’s what you call scamming people. I don’t want a refund back I just need to make sure that people will see this I’m not gonna put a 5star review because this is not the first time your scheming has happened this is the 3rd time. If you wanna advertise your business find a proper legal way to do it not using Shein ads. I will be sharing this all over social media. Stop scamming innocent people

I have check my PNB Credit Card and I have noticed I was deducted P1,634.28 of which I do not recall any purchase I did. Kindly revert back the said amount to my Credit Card as soon as possible. I am attaching a photocopy of said transaction for your information and perusal. Praying for your immediate response and approval of this request. Thank you

Update......This is now being dealt with and after checking my emails have received a lovely note from a very polite gentleman who is now dealing with the situation for me. Total refund offered

Update...received yet another email, this time offering to return more but not all, of my stolen money if i change this review to 4.5 stars. Extortion! Fraudsters. Used clickbait on FB to obtain CC details then proceeded to charge my card to top up a subscription I knew nothing about and never signed up for. After much back and forth they have said they'll only refund 55 of the hundred plus they stole.
