Matthew was kind

Matthew was kind, honest and sincere in his heartfelt condolences, Matthew was also very helpful.
The only reason it was not a 5 is nothing to do with Matthew, I had to tell e-on next 3 or 4 times that my father had passed, and they still kept chasing and harassing my dad!

Scamming for information

Our tenants received a letter from this Company saying I was dead and owed money to a Utility Company. The property is owned by husband and I have never had a Utility Bill at that address nor have I ever lived at that address.

There is however a legal family dispute with a sibling who is desperate to locate me. For various reasons its likely they are acting for this family member.

Basically they were scamming for information.

I am very much alive and well and living abroad.

Spoke to Lilly this morning and she was…

Spoke to Lilly this morning and she was absolutely so professional and helpful. She comforted me whilst I had a small cry talking about the recent passing of my husband.
Lilly was so wonderful to speak to and could have spoke to her all day.

I have recently lost my husband and it has been overwhelming closing accounts with various different companies. This lady phoned me and took care of it very quickly and professionally for me.
I have found it very difficult making the phone calls myself qnd explaining that he has died. She already knew- so I didn't have to go through that at all and I am extremely grateful.
