Recently completed wills at phoenix solicitors in birkenhead.
Chris Smith sorted everything for us. He was very professional and took time to explain everything clearly to us. So big thank you to him.

Alisha seems to live in a parallel universe. When her company accepted a claim amount in early December on our behalf and didn’t communicate it for a further 2 weeks. We advised her that the poor service would affect our up to now 5* review . Not blackmailing or threatening just allowing her company time to apologise for slow correspondences. Since this she has had a delusional episode in which she believes her company was under threat. The ample amount of 1* reviews regarding yourself leads me to believe this is a character trait and your service level in general. Finally our payment was processed and thankfully I will never have to deal with this again. It’s Christmas I get you wanted to go home early yesterday but your aggressive nature and poor people skills leads to yet another review more about yourself than your colleagues. Let’s hope 2025 can bring you some joy and maybe some better reviews.

Oh sis I didn’t threaten you with a bad review I gave you one . Done deal end of, play the victim somewhere else. Work on your professional attitude as it stinks.

If it could be a zero star then it would be. The only thing they did do was take money from me.

When it came to actually paying me I was met with a confrontational aggressive old lady called Alisha. From what I can see she’s the director however when you receive aggressive emails from what looks like had been typed by a stroppy teenager this isn’t what I could call professional.

Has as much decorum as a reversing dump truck.

If you want to be treated nicely and not argued with then don’t use this company

Outstanding professional service by Phoenix legal. We had a deposit dispute with our previous landlord that didn’t secure our deposit for over 5 years and also tried to make a false claim of damages when we decided to make a claim.
