Outstanding professional service by Phoenix legal. We had a deposit dispute with our previous landlord that didn’t secure our deposit for over 5 years and also tried to make a false claim of damages when we decided to make a claim. Rebecca was amazing, she handled our case very well and kept us updated in every step of the way. Another rogue landlord down. 5 stars.

My experience with Phoenix as a foreigner was amazing. Professional staff mixed with their fabulous skills makes the whole process an easy one. People should know how easy and cheap is to get someone representing you're rights as a human being!

Myself and Dave would like to thank the team at Phoenix Solicitors who helped bring a claim towards our landlords who failed to protect our deposit within the prescribed timeframe.

What the company has done well I must say thanks to Joe to be so consistent on the case he provides a very professional service I was having a huge problem with my landlord and I went to the citizen advice and was given a few solicitors numbers I decided to call one of the number and the gentleman I spoke to was very polite and professional his name is Alex and he gave me Joe number
