I had a warning coming up before I did anything ,I couldn't delete it.My phone was unusable . They fixed it in 15 minutes ,very cheap too .Excellent service ,I would definitly recommend !!

Excellent friendly service

Called in after EE couldn't help and had booked us in for no real reason it turned out. The staff were excellent and did everything they could to help us out. I'll definitely use them again when in need of phone help

Downgraded screen from 90hz to 60hz without my consent

Laptop screen was replaced after 2 weeks waiting for the replacement to arrive, only to find it's now only 60hz where it was originally 90hz. Disappointed the screen was downgraded like this and much worse that I wasn't told at any point despite paying full price for the repair...

Terrible service

Terrible service. Told me they needed to order the part in, which was supposed to take a couple days.I rang them every so often to check if they had the replacement part for my phone, however later told me could be a month. I rang them a month later, asking if the part had arrived and apparently it had four days ago, however no one rang me. I then put annual leave in at work, to get my phone fixed. They're telling me it'll be 30 to 40 minutes to fix. When I come back to the shop... They're telling me they've lost the part? So couldn't fix my phone and I'd have to come back. Awful service. Can't recommend at all.

Great Experience

I sold my XsMax here and the price was fair. I know because I checked for prices before coming here. The transaction was fast and the salesperson was super friendly, will recommend it.
