I was mistaken!
I'm afraid I wrote a negative review from my experience, however I received a phone call from a gentleman from PhonesHouse who was very apologetic and explained thoroughly what had happened. I was wrongly mistaken, I hold my hands up. The man offered me a refund and yet still sending my product in the post to my delivery address. Very genuine and helpful customer service. I will look into purchasing again.
