Fantastic products and service. My original order got lost in the post somehow (not their fault) and when I said that it hadn't arrived, Piercing Mania customer support was very apologetic and immediately sent out a replacement, which I received in less than two days. The actual piercing jewellery is beautiful and very well packaged / sealed. Will be buying again.

I had my nose pierced that wasn’t healing , 6 weeks after I developed a bubble next to the hole and infection, sore and painful, I was so desperate to save the piercing but was at the last straw because the pain was becoming a nuisance and people were starting to comment on the appearance! . After only 3 days of applying the “PIERCING HEALING KIT” products morning and over night , it completely cleared all infection and bubble gone!!! I actually can’t believe it was practically instant results with pain relief too!! Don’t give up on your piercing , because this product is worth every penny and 100% works!!! would recommend to anyone now!!

My order got lost my postal services. Royal Mail said it was delivered but we couldn’t find the item anywhere and we were home at the time. The company was amazing dealing with it, they offered to send me another one straight away. Even though this was no fault of the company they still helped me out. Their customer service is brilliant, and I have no complaints and will definitely order with them again.

Absolutely love my new nose stud! I have been looking for ages to find something that’s a decent size so I don’t just look like I have a permanent spot on my nose and this one was perfect. The delivery was delayed and without me contacting them they refunded my delivery charge. Brilliant customer service from start to finish! Would highly recommended. Thank you ☺️

Good selection of piercings. I managed to find a combo I was happy with. My order was quickly accepted, dispatched and received sooner than anticipated. One piercing had an issue and even though it was used, it was replaced without a fuss. Very happy with the service and the piercings themselves, I react badly to some metals but haven’t had any problems.

I recently ordered a hoop for my nose and loved everything about it. However the hinge was very loose and within a week of wearing it the hinge had came undone 3 times and I was worried it would fall out. I contacted customer service and the lovely Wendy responded promptly and ordered me a replacement straight away. I am very happy with the products I have bought and with the customer service!

ordered myself an XL salt spray, some new hoops and healing butter. everything came and was beautifully packaged, except the healing butter top wouldn't come off. i contacted customer service and i was blown away with how lovely they were! they immediately sent out a replacement and it arrived a few days later. i opened the new one with ease and then tried to open the original one again and it opened! i told customer service and they didn't want a return or for me to pay for the new one. im genuienly blown away by the customer service. the earrings i bought are lovely and you can't go wrong with the salt spray. this was not my first visit and definitely wont be my last! thank you for the lovely service <3

I ordered 2 nose studs from piercing mania, there was a problem with delivery (not on their part) and they couldn’t have been more helpful when i contacted them, the ordee came and both piercings are gorgeous and easy to fit (this was the first time i was changing the piercing since having it done)

Ordered four different items and they arrived very quickly. Unfortunately one had been damaged in transit. I emailed Piercingmania and the lovely Wendy got back to me within a couple of hours to arrange the despatch of a new one! Amazing customer service, can’t wait to buy again!
