Bought two industrial/scaffolding bars and one of those pliers- to stretch out any septum horseshoes I own. Unfortunately my first package went missing in the post however, Wendy quickly figured this out for me, sent me a new one with some sweet treats too! They have been professional, have high quality and beautiful looking jewellery and overall 10/10 and would easily order again despite the small mishap. Thank you all x

I emailed to inform them that one product arrived without its stone in it. Their response was immediate and a replacement was sent the same day. Really impressive customer service!

I ordered a nipple bar and a naval bar. The nipple bar is beautiful but there was an issue with the naval bar, it had a defect. I emailed customer service, they responded immediately offering to send a new one. I received it very quickly, despite it being Christmas. The new one was perfect. Great customer service!!

I recently purchased a ball closure ring that was not up to product standard. I contacted the piercingmania customer service team who were fantastic. They offered the equivalent price in reward points and offered a code for free delivery. Very speedy responses and brilliantly friendly.

I recently had an issue where I was unable to enter my black Friday discount code and I messaged them. It was probably my mistake and maybe I just missed the screen to add it but sure enough, they refunded the discount amount. No questions asked and did it with speed and efficiency.

I ordered 2 identical nose studs, but when they arrived, they were both different shapes. This exact thing happened with my order before this, which was strange. So I contacted customer service and they sent me another nose stud, so at least I would have a matching pair. The nose stud that arrived did not match either of the first two, so now I have 3 different nose studs that I can't use, because I wear a pair of them every day. I won't be using Piercing Mania again, which is such a shame, because they have great stuff! The customer service was great- friendly and fast, and I received a refund for my order. But the actual process of simply buying a pair of matching nose studs was, errrr... Impossible.

I have ordered lots from piercing mania and never been disappointed, neither have my clients. Recently a labret arrived with a stone missing and they offered to replace it immediately. Communications were speedy and polite! Thank you Wendy! X

Excellent service! Very prompt delivery and extremely helpful when I had a few queries about bar sizes and best types of stone/bar for tragus piercing, and best way to put piercing in (forceps!). Coincidentally mentioned I'd lost stone from first order and without asking gave me reward points to cover the cost of this and free delivery for next order. Communication excellent and really happy with choice available, speed of delivery and service in general. Would def recommend!

I can’t praise this company enough for product quality, speed of shipment and customer care. I had my first helix piercing done 3 months ago and wanted to change it out for a stud of my choice. I actually fluffed up on the length of the post and although I’d opened one of the packs, they gave me points back on my account to reorder another item. They didn’t have to do this but showed good will in doing so. Wendy who dealt with my emails was professional, concise and a pleasure to communicate with. I shall be a regular customer and am currently working on my next order and Christmas presents. Thanks again PM.

Absolutely disgusted with what they sent me, really cheap like something from a Christmas cracker and they don't even screw together properly. Very unlikely I would entertain them again. So disappointed.

An order I placed never arrived so I emailed customer service and the awesome Heidi sorted it out immediately without any qualms. Really friendly, efficient service. The jewellery itself is good quality and they have a wide selection of choices at great prices.

I’ve ordered from piercing mania a few times and i’m always happy with the service. Their products are of good quality. On one occasion I’ve had to contact customer service via email and they got back to me after an hour and sorted out my problem which was very impressive! Overall happy 👍

Check your delivery. I've learned (after waiting a week for my £7.50 express delivery) that everything is shipped form Europe at the same speed, then is shipped within the UK. My express delivery was estimated 3-4 days, and we're well over. It's now with royal mail - who have famously limited delivery options, especially when you only find out when it's arriving the day before. As a result I've missed my daughter's birthday, despite order a week before.

I bought several beautiful earrings on my previous order - they were the perfect size and came exactly as described. I forgot to add a discount code on my more recent order and I emailed straight away and got a prompt response from Wendy who was very helpful and refunded me 10% of my order as the discount code was for 10% she was very helpful and kind!
I will say: do your research on metals and sizes for earrings before committing to an order to avoid disappointment!

I bought some jewelry from this site for piercings I have had for 4 years. The day after putting this jewelry in my piercing was swollen, extremely painful, bleeding, and pussing. I know piercings can sometimes get angry with new jewelry but this was like nothing I have ever experienced. I know I am not allergic to surgical steel so it led me to wonder if the materials are what they claim or if there is a hygiene issue with their manufacturing and packing process.

My review (which was still generously two stars) was also deleted from the website almost immediately.

Customer service were very confrontational and offered me the option to return the jewelry at my own expense for points to purchase a different product from their site. Obviously, after this experience and hassle, I do not want any more of their products. I'm yet to come to an agreement that a refund should be given to my original payment method...
