Very helpful customer service.
Item arrived damaged (thanks Royal Mail).
Piercingmania replaced with no argument whatsoever, they said customer satisfaction is important.
I wish all companies were like this.

Over priced for what you get. Nose ring with star or heart does not fit flush to skin, no matter how you try and bend, it simply doesn't look anything like the picture on Web. Waste of money and can't return if tried on....

I am surprised to read the terrible reviews on here, I have placed 2 orders with Piercing Mania and both times I have received my order within a week. The products seem like good quality and I have had no issues with item breakages or skin reactions. Each item of jewellery arrived in its own sealed bag and was exactly as shown on the website.

I have only bought various ear piercings so cannot comment on other facial piercings but from my experience I would highly recommend. Even the cheaper products I've bought have been fab and I do feel like the prices are competitive.

Obviously quality may vary across the product range but for the prices you pay I would say give them a try and make your own decisions. I personally cannot fault and will buy from again.

Terrible! My order did not arrive! After a long wait I contacted them via email to be told they will send out again with a free gift as an apology.
After another long wait my items arrived via 24 hrs post. Items were very dull in colour and not great quality.
My free gift was an alcohol swab :/

Great studs bought for nose and helix piercings.
Such good value and reasonable postage costs.
Customer service is excellent if there is a problem with an order.

Customer service is really really lovely but the products are awful and break so fast and easily.

If I could give it a 0 star review I would. Also be warned the reviews on their website are subjective to themselves (letting only 5* reviews being shown after reading the reviews themselves).
I'm a very honest person and I normally believe you get what you paid for. However!!! Spending almost £70 on 2 earrings (the 14kt rose gold labret) one of the crystal fell off within 3 month of usage (rarely used as it was a gift from my boyfriend so didn't want to wear it out) and not only that the piercing got stuck in my ear (causing panic, discomfort and trauma) and after explaining to the customer service, the 1st initial stage of customer service was to only offer only 40%credit note.
I refused and asked for a full refund, however even when speaking to a higher up (named Nick) and explained the whole situation, the company was not empathetic and did not care at all for their customers, all they cared about is retaining the profit/money. Also FYI, this only happened to 1 of the earring therefore it clearly shows that there was a fault as the other one was just fine, yet they still refused to refund me even after I offered to return the good and pay the P&P myself. I asked for a full refund due to the trauma these labret caused me (honestly a very scary moment when you think you can't get a piercing out and it's causing you discomfort in the area).
Stick with Isuk, they're worth the price and the quality is amazing (had them for 3 years before I lost them).

So far exceptional service. Had bought "titanium" piercings from another seller but they weren't as caused a reaction.

Got some surgical steel ones from PM and even though I don't normally tolerate them I've had zero problems. Quality seems good so far.

Will be my go to place for supplies now on.

Piercingmania is now going to be my go to place for affordable piercing jewellery. I placed an order on Wednesday, it was dispatched the same day and my parcel arrived Friday morning, great service! The pieces I ordered are just as displayed online and I’m itching to do another order now as they’re such great quality.

Items take too long to arrive but the customer service team resent me the order as an act of good will.. I ended up having the order delivered twice and the items x2. I had to give away to friends the second order that arrived 3 weeks after the first one. I only ordered titanium materials so they were good.
The 4 stars review is for their willingness to offer free merch to please the customer.

Items don’t look like pictures online at all. Tells you delivery is around a week.. took 4 for mine. Customer service is rude and unhelpful and the only way possible to get a refund is through paypal. I wouldn’t waste my time or money again as no aspects of this company are worth it.

I bought a double nose ring that showed soft rounded edges in the photo. A bit of rough cut metal turned up with sharp edges. It’s busted my nose up and all for the price of £13.

Am I unlucky?
I don’t think so. Not a clue how someone can wash their face without feeling pain from sharp metal prodding them.

I feel harsh for leaving 1 star but I’m sick of mass supply of sub standard products.
Again, even if it’s just this 1 product and the rest is incredible, I paid £13 to get a messed up nose which I will start to recover from now I pliered it out of my face

Double nose ring...DO NOT BUY

Ordered has still not arrived and it was due between the 4-9th of January. It’s now the 13th and still nothing. They didn’t respond to any of my emails until i got paypal involved, they then told me to send the items back if i wanted to get it refunded (items i still haven’t received) (stupid i know)- and they’ve now stopped replying again so i will have to escalate the claim. Don’t buy from here.

This company breaches its own published warranty terms and conditions. I purchased a belly bar for my daughters birthday, not a cheap one, £20.50. after 7 weeks the item fell apart. When she contacted customer services, after providing Paypal receipt as proof of purchase, she was then told that she could purchase another item at a discount of 40%. So the terms of the warranty are 6 months, with faults developing after 30 days then a replacement. So not only have distance and selling regulations been breached, but also their own terms and conditions under the warranty. I am not sure what you do in the Netherlands but in the UK you do not deny consumers their Statutory Rights under Consumer Law, this company is based in the Netherlands and only has a distribution contact in the UK, a company called Flostream. I contacted them on 01753 915999 to speak to somebody about my complaint. There is nobody in the UK to speak to in this company. Do not use this company as all their “UK” based customer support is not in the UK at all. I have filled in all the relevant forms online regarding my faulty product they are not replacing after 7 weeks of wearing. My daughter asked me to buy this product from this site but as a good rule of thumb I NEVER buy from a site in the UK I am unable to contact by phone. I will be recovering my money via Paypal if no satisfactory resolution is put in place today. Do not buy from this company as they do not entitle your rights with your purchase- their own warranty terms and conditions. I wish I had reviewed them on Trust Pilot first, 40% bad reviews speaks for itself!

Rude and ignorant customer replies. The materials stated on their website aren't reliable. Thus I had an allergic reaction to a piercing containing nickel (which wasn't stated). Refusing to give refunds until PayPal involved, and then demanding customers pay the tracked shipping costs from UK to Netherlands for their mistakes/false advertising. Avoid at all costs. Piercing quality poor and cannot trust the product information provided. Other jewelry I have ordered snapped within a couple of uses.

In general I was satisfied with my order which came on time.
They have quite a good choice, very loyal price and good quality for most of their items. Each item has different colour, thickness and length to pick from.
One of my horse shoe ring balls cracked fast as it was made out of plastic. The rest I wear more than a year and nothing broke or changed in colour.
I’ve got to order for over 20 pounds to get free shipping to EU and have received coupon with 10% off for my next order, but I never have used it as my order was big enough.
It’s much cheaper than if you buy from Clair’s and definitely worth it!
Cons - need to order over 20 pounds for EU shipping.
Pros - good variety with free shipping for orders over 15 pounds for those who lives in UK

I've ordered here a few times since getting my piercing. The first piercing was fine but sent it back as the balls were massive. In fairness to them, their customer service is pretty spot on and quick. The second time I bought a coloured piercing which, when it arrived looked nothing like the picture. They gave me a response of "the manufacturer may have changed the design" which seems pretty poor considering it looks completely different to the image online. I tried to write a review for this product on their site but it hasn't been approved by them
