Super intuitive to use, and plenty of templates to choose from

I find the user interface very intuitive. I can always find the feature that I am looking for.

I am a geek and love my tools, which is why when Piktochart came out in 2015/2016, I jumped right in and started creating. Although I have no formal graphic design background, Piktochart makes me look as though I do. If you follow some simple design rules (regarding the proper use of whitespace, alignment, proximity) it’s hard to create something ugly in this program. My clients continually compliment me on the infographics, posters, and social media covers I make.

This is not a con...but rather kudos for how the company handles cons. Thus far, anything I have suggested that needed "fixing" or features that I wanted added, they have delivered. That is impressive. They also keep in touch with their users, which is amazing.

I am in learning and development and know the value of reducing my learners' cognitive load. I believe that a well-designed infographic can have much more impact on learning transfer than a data-dump slide deck. The marriage of graphics and content makes for strong mental models which leads to learning transfer.

Working with Piktochart has allowed me to share important and helpful information in easy-to-read formats, specifically with families that I work with in paediatric healthcare. Additionally it allows families who are a part of the disability community to create an 'All About Me' sheet to share with their teachers, workers, and care providers. It has been a great help to our community!

The staff at Piktochart are very responsive. They have helped me navigate any hurdle I've faced. The software allowed me to start designing infographics very quickly. I have used the software for one page reports as well as 50 page reports. Using the tips in the help videos made my projects stand out.

I am an educator and consultant and have been using Piktochart almost exclusively since 2015 and routinely receive compliments on the style of my presentations. I build and present 2 or 3 presentations per week and crisp, attractive visuals are paramount to convey the sometimes complex concepts to my audience. Piktochart has delivered the images, typography, video enabling, and data visualization tools I need to look like an expert in my field and on the rare occasion that I've reached out to the helpdesk, the solutions have been swift and comprehensive. I appreciate all of the upgrades and the relatively affordable subscription fee. I am a happy customer and recommend Piktochart to whoever inquires.

Easy to use platform, with enough design options to not stifle creativity. The fonts and graphic elements are modern, with a nice choice of colors as well. I receive a lot of compliments on my syllabi from my colleagues and students. Thanks, Piktochart!

After using up my 2 download credits (free plan) and using Piktochart just for personal purpose (3 times a year maybe), I contacted the support Team because I wanted another download but rarely see sense in upgrading my plan. Daniela from the support Team kindly reverted 1 credit for a download.

I appreciate this gesture a lot, and now I am thinking to upgrade my plan and using Piktochart as a mane tool :)
