Very user friendly and a lot of options to choose from, considering I just used it as a free user

I just started using this service and so far, I am very disappointed. Halfway into the presentation I was working on, the server crashed and did not save any of my work. This was disappointing because my presentation must be prepared by Friday.

Edit: Although my work was not saved and I have to start over from scratch, the PitktoChart team did reach out to me later on and offered me 30 free days of their PRO service for free. They really do know how to professional come up with a solution to frustrated customer. My initial rating was a one, but now it is a three due to their kindness and understanding.

So far I’m enjoying using Piktochart, it’s been easy to maneuver and figure out and there’s plenty of templates if I need one.

Highly recommended website, the templates are great, but because the site is so easy to use, making your own files from scratch is also easy. We use it for infographics, posters, flyers, brochure covers, social media and we honestly wouldn't be without it.

Such an easy programme to use. Love the customisable templates, they make designing infographics a breeze. In a world with so much information in my role it is so helpful to have quick templates that I can organise information into bite sized chunks. Well worth the investment.

I’ve been using this platform for more than 7 years and continue to be impressed with the high level consistency and performance. Very quick, sincere and helpful customer service

It was easy to navigate the website and develop our study results. The published article was beautiful and easy to understand for general population.

I'm using Piktochart for most of my graphic presentations. I often design PowerPoint layouts in Piktochart and use it for all my infographic assignments. I get comments from my instructors about how professional they look and have been asked if they can share them as exemplary projects.

The ease of integrating different elements makes this product great for short and long presentations alike. It differs from Microsoft products but in a good way. I would recommend this to professionals and students.

I have used Piktochart for many years for my personal use and also as a teacher. There are so many great templates available and getting started is easy. It is a great tool for students to learn about so they can use it for creating digital portfolios, resumes, and other projects that they may need in the future. I have used it more recently for creating "About Me" and for presentations.

The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use from templates.
However, I find it difficult to create my own chart and insert data into it from scratch.
But still, I used it for free, had a positive experience, and was able to achieve everything I wanted to do, so Piktochart fully deserves its 5 stars.

Compared with a couple other infographic services, Piktochart is much easier to use and a lot is offered with their free level of service. I was able to create exactly what I wanted in a short period of time, and I e-mailed it to about 60 co-workers. It put important info in a fun, yet professional, format. Looking forward to using it again!
