The website was very easy to use with a…

The website was very easy to use with a great range of products to choose from. I live in WA and we don’t have a store here so I was recommended by a friend in QLD as she knows I have a passion for collecting reindeer's.
The package was so well packed and arrived within a reasonable timeframe. The product is exactly what I wanted and I will definately be back on the website for more or even pop into a store when over in QLD later in the year.

I was in the sky gate store this…

I was in the sky gate store this morning. I was appalled that I didn’t get acknowledgment from the 3 staff members on the floor. I walked around the whole floor I was picking things up and checking prices. I had all intentions to buy some things for my new home.
But I certainly had given buying signals. It wasn’t observed from the staff. I walked out.
To see the guy and the young lady walk past me with a poster to put it up outside the door. I then went over to the cannon hill pillow talk to be acknowledged and ask if I needed any help with anything. It was nice. Considering I work for your opposition I love your product so much. I will not be going into skygate again.

Good quality products at a reasonable price

I mostly shop in-store or purchase online and order for click and collect. I just shopped at North Lakes today and had a great experience with staff who were well-informed and helpful, didn’t try to oversell and were just how you want them to be, friendly but not on top of you. Not to mention I scored 40% off a Hilton mattress topper! Have purchased a range of products in the past and so far haven’t found any fault or issue and find them to be good quality for a decent price. Definitely found it worth becoming a member for the extra savings, particularly during sales.

I like shopping Pillow Talk but…

I like shopping Pillow Talk. They have some great products and good sales every now and then. The biggest problem I have with them is when you click on your orders in the checkout and some will say ‘not for delivery’ ‘click and collect only’ etc. it’s really frustrating doing and online shop only to find you can’t get them online. Just don’t have them available on the website for sale or clearly marked them beforehand that they can’t be delivered. You waste so much time doing it the way it’s currently set up. Please fix this.

Bamboo pillowcases

Ordered pillowcases, quality and price very good, however postage took 10+ days and I had to contact customer service, who were quite helpful, as to why the item had not moved from sender creating the label for 9 days, apparently it hadn’t been picked up from the warehouse, after contacting CS the item was delivered within a few more days. My first order so, probably a minor hiccup.

Large artwork delivery

I saw a large artwork on the Pillow Talk website that I wanted to buy. Before purchase I checked availability in Adelaide stores nearby but there was no stock in SA. Confident with the picture, description and dimensions on the website, I decided to order it online. It was such a good experience. The delivery came super fast from QLD with good delivery updates and it arrived at our home in perfect condition. The artwork completely meets my expectations. Very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to order again if stock isn’t available in my local store.
