Mattress Topper K Q & D

I was very pleased with my purchases. The mattress toppers are exactly what they look like in the pictures. Nice & thick & fit perfect, no need to twist, tug or pull on the corners!

Pillow Talk has been great

Pillow Talk has been great. The comforter I chose looks great on my bed. The packaging is superb, with a fabric case for the quilt packed into a box, and the delivery time was very quick.

I had to chase you to let you know that…

I had to chase you to let you know that the customer is not interested in your ongoing delays with dispatch I asked for priority dispatch for a bath robe I just ordered and with support from customer care it was sent straight away and arrived within 3 days that is what it is jsupposed to be like...peoples lives are busy speed is essential no excuses. thankyou so much. Disappointed

I’ve bought a lot of products from Pillow Talk and have always been happy, except on this occasion.
The quality of the sheets are terrible, they are more like sheers than sheets! They also stink, even after washing.

Easy ordering online products and delivery services was quick and prompt our ist ordered.

But one thing though those curtains or some sales products that they had or that we wanted to have it isn’t available for a delivery purchased.

AWFUL dispatch time frame

AWFUL dispatch time frame, i ordered something on TEMU that got to me within 2 days. it's almost been a week and no movement not even dispatched not processed. Get your timeframes together or don't office 1-3 buisness days dispatch on the website. There are no delays as well on your website as it states. I wont use this company online again.

Zero customer service

Zero customer service. Ignored 4 times. No greeting on entry. Male staff walked past me. No offer of help no interaction. Lost a few sales this week at your warrawong store!

Pillow Talk uses the Courier called…

Pillow Talk uses the Courier called Aramex, who never complete their delivery to our address in the Brisbane region. They take it to their local depot which is right near the Brisbane airport. For us, it costs us more money in time, petrol and tolls to go and retrieve the parcel.

SLOW DELIVERY SERVICE 👎

Yes, I can see why you've got such a poor overall rating. I placed an online order nearly two weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived when the original confirmation stated 2-3 days for delivery (it was only in Sydney, not rural).
USELESS -- I won't shop or order from you again. Pick up your game!

I went shopping to set up my new home…

I went shopping to set up my new home being built, for new home decor and bedding. I entered the store the girl that was out the front of store, I approached and asked for assistance, she was uninterested and just pointed me down to the bedding part, and advised me all the quilts were down there. I went down and had a look at Quilts but had Questions, so I reapproached her, as the other staff were serving other people, she was that unhappy, uninterested and generally didn't care. I was offered no help from her at all. It was very clear she didn't want to serve me, I was recommended to the store due to the products and customer service. I think her name badge had Kiara

Pretty poor customer service

Pretty poor customer service. Still waiting for online purchase item be dispatched. Website says 1-3 days, its been a lot more. Sent a email follow up, no response. Used their live chat and got nothing more than a generic "it will be with you soon". Would never use again based on service. Cant rate product.
