Shocking experience. Placed an order with them, they provided tracking & after weeks nothing has come. More than a week ago I had a generic email saying that they would look into it. 5 unanswered emails later.. nothing. I ordered this in NOVEMBER for a present that was needed on the 16th of December, you would have assumed it would be safe.. Shocking service & no regard for their customers. Use them at your own risk

The customer service from the manager of the Robina store on the 8th Aug 2023 was exceptional . Very understanding and helpful service . Thankyou Pillow Talk Robina . Your staff and Manager are amazing 👏.

Terrible customer service at Albury store. No one else in the store, two staff working and I was ignored. I will not be back.

Purchase a pillow. Unfortunately they refuse to exchange, even though I have a receipt in original condition. I didn’t wanna money back, just exchange for softer version. never purchased anything again in that shop.

At Woden Pillow Talk, Sky/Skie was very helpful to us and gave my grandmother the "best pillow she's ever bought". It was a soft baby pillow. We are very happy.

I was served by Jacque and Steph at the Riverlink /Ipswich branch and it was so amazing to have such exceptional customer service. They listened to my needs and ran around the shop finding a wide range of items for me. They went out of their way for me and I could not recommend visiting this store more highly and would go out of my way to return for their service. A wide range of fantastic products and great prices

Robyn’s at Hervey Bay went out of her way with customer service she helped me with my purchase and then helped me take my things to my car

I don't think there is a day that I have walked into coffs store and not been greeted with smiley faces. The girls go out of their way to help you,they know there stock and will always come up with ideas to help you. It's a credit to the coffs store.one of the nicest store to go into GREAT PEOPLE

I visited the macarthur store 25/06/22 immediately I was made feel welcome, staff were not pushy or fake but genuinely friendly and interested in what I was looking for. I had selected an item which was on sale Vicki showed me a similar coloured cover which was on a display bed. We discussed the price and she said I'll see if I can do a deal. As I was undecided I suggested I would like to see what was in the other stores in the centre, Vicki offered to hold the items I had she remained friendly and polite. On entering other stores I was not greeted in the same friendly manner I was not offered any suggestions or shown any items. After looking around myself I decided I really did like the item Vicki had shown me on the display bed so I returned to pillowtalk. Again I was welcomed my sale was completed efficiently i was offered and signed up for membership. The cover I purchased was double the price of the original sale item I had first selected but I honestly was happy with the purchase and the price. The TEAM were sensational and I enjoyed my shopping experience. The fabric of the cover is gorgeous and it looks stunning in my room I will be back.

I was in your Kawana store on Tuesday with my sister in law...We were helped by Rachel..who was most helpful advising us on colour and style of some quilt covers..She went beyond helpful and was so obliging and lovely...I have always found Pillow Talk staff to be very good and they know their product...Very professional staff..

Iwas served by Debbie who has served me before and is always very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble no matter what your question is. Always willing to help.

I went to kotara shop and got Greeted by the friendliest staff member Michelle she was lovely I explained what I Was after and she showed me all the range they had. I walked out a very happy customer I will be going back there to shop.

At the Springwood "Pillowtalk", I just walked in only to look, I have always wanted soft pillows.
I was welcomed by Julie the instant I said soft pillows she didn't say this are the best, in a very friendly way but not pushy she said you should try and then be very happy with what you take home. Julie is an amazing salesperson, sells what you need and what you want, and then has something to go back for. I have seen salespeople in my life and Julie is gold.

Fantastic customer service every time I visit the North Lakes Qld store. Nicole is always friendly, helpful, polite and knowledgeable about the products. The store is beautifully presented every time I go there. Love shopping at Pillow Talk, North Lakes.
