Good Quality And Customer Service
I ordered two rucksacks but ended up not keeping them because I had found a different model that better fit my needs. Nonetheless the entire process, ordering and returning etc. was great. I would totally try them again and I would purchase they product. They felt well-made and like high-quality.

Perfect everyday backpack that will last you at least 7 years
After buying my first cubik medium in 2017 it lasted me up until 2024 (the straps were loosing the fabric since I use it almost everyday). Quite long for an item that I use that often. Nowadays I own the KRUMM shoulder bag and the black Cubik packback and use them almost everyday. It is either the KRUMM on a nice day with less stuff or my Cubik for my laptop for work.
I love the keyholder at the top, all the option in the bag for pens, airpods, misscelanious things. There are a lot of small places in the bag to have it organized. I can promise you - if this black one will break in 7 years. You bet I am buying PinqPonq again.
Bought the bag in a busier time and was not too happy with the DPD delivery. But nothing against PinqPonq for that.
