I had a question regarding their products and got the information I was looking after one day via e-mail.

Prompt and friendly reply to my e-mail-request (query how to safely clean a rucksack and a bag, clear instruction how to proceed and things to avoid.

I had a great experience with the pinqponq customer service. I sent them a mail about a replacement part for my rucksack, that I lost, and they immediately sent me the part for free without any requirements.

Pinqponq has great gear. I love my backpack and even though I had a small issue, the support was quick, very friendly and extremely supportive. The solution was as environmentally friendly as their products. Thanks for everything!

Best backpacks ever. 4 years ago, I bought my Blok Large Vivid Monochrom and used it every single day: going to university, going to work, travelling, hiking, doing my grocery shopping, touring with my band - I never regretted this purchase. It is large enough and intelligently designed to fit everything I need in an orderly fashion, it is sturdy enough that you bend not worry about anything breaking or wearing down my. To be extra clear: I had the feeling before the seams would give up, my back or legs would. Only now, after 4 years of wear and tear, some elements like the nets or some seams start to show the long life this backpack hashed so far - but not the critical elements of the straps and leashes. I will use this one now for the rougher jobs and look forward to get my new pinqponq for my daily stuff :-)
Ps: they are well designed, look fashionable, and the company respects things like corporate social responsibility and sustainability. You definitely get your money's worth.

Once I received my Komut I discovered even more features and rain cover really does the job!

I love my new backpack (Blok Medium in Construct Black) and will never be able to live with a mediocre backpack again. My partner kept "borrowing" my backpack so we got him a pinqponq backpack, too :) and my doctor - of all people - asked me where I got my backpack from as they were searching for one just like it.

Ordering was easy, delivery was fast, making me a very happy customer.

I got the Blok large last year, and it's been great so far. The bag is comfortable and has many compartments and well placed pockets

pinqponq is simply great. super service, really nice functional, durable and sustainable products. I'm really happy with my Blok Medium. After about 2 years, the backpack seems as good as new.

I own a pingponq backpack since December, 2015. I have recently shared out to them to share that after now almost 9 years the first and small defect has occurred. I mean, I cannot remember myself ever owning a product that I have used almost daily for longer than one year. They responded quickly to my email where I only expressed some kudos to them. Honestly, I do not see myself wearing another backpack than pingponq anymore :).

Impossible to contact a real person! The online form and email is answered by online bot, which is a joke. Can someone please help me with my order?

I bought a Pingponq Klak 13 - Daypack last summer in July 2023 in store. After not more than 1 year of use, both of the logo has been fallen off. One side was lucky that half fall off so I use glue to stick it back, but the glue doesn't works with the bag so you can see there are marks on it. And the other one was totally fall off that I can't found it anymore.

The quality is really bad, I tried to complain to Pingponq but they can't refund since it was purchased from a dealer. So I would say, quality of bag is bad, customer service is also not satisfying.

I bought the Komut medium bike backpack 9 months ago and it was well worth the investment. After all, 260 euros is not cheap. Super functional and yet stylish. Just what you'd expect from pingpong. Unfortunately, the zipper broke, which disappointed me a little, but that can happen sometimes, ok...
But the customer service made up for it completely. Within ONE day, the support team sended a new backpack on its way to me and there was great communication by email. I was completely taken care of and more than satisfied. Really great! This is how customer service should work. Thank you for that.

A seam on a shoulder strap of my backpack went off, I have received a prompt and friendly response and offer to send it for repair or to be refunded for fixing it myself. A good experience overall. I would buy from them again.

In fact: I've already purchased their most expensive one. Blok Large in Crinkle Black. Might be that it is an end game of searching for most perfect backpack for life :) Materials and organisation of space seem unbeatable.
