hassle free replacement

After little less than a year the zipper on my Komut Medium broke. I reached out to pinqponq and they quickly offered to replace my faulty backpack with a new one - I was even able to select a larger and slightly more expensive model that more fits my needs right now - without additional cost. Thank you for great customer service!

Excellent customer support for longliving products

Out of my own fault I broke a part of my pinponq-backpack.
When e-mailing the pingponq-support, the staff immediately responded and shipped the spare part without any charge, without wanting to see an proof of purchase and without asking how old the backpack was. (It was already five years old and has been in constant use)

Nice Pants. next to criminal customer Support

got Trackpants which where nice in the beginning but then 2 holes nexts to the front pockets appeared(symmetrical on both sides (clearly a production flaw)). Customer Service tried to withhold my Right of Warranty(which is mandatory in Germany and nothing the company has to accept or can do anything about)

Bad sending service

Bad sending service. The bag was sent back without any reason as my name is correctly written and in fact there was someone home. If you are buying here expect some trouble with the sendings and if you need it for something specifically at least with more than a week.

They say it’s carbon neutral but having to send the bag twice don’t think it’s the best solution. The shipment should be better as you don’t have a store where we can find everything from the website.

I wanted this bag for a big holidays a d will end up having to buy another brand.

Confusing customer service experience

Confusing customer service experience.

DPD was meant to be delivering my parcel, but for some reason, their tracking was saying they tried to deliver it, but couldn't find the address. I contact pinqponq customer service about this, but kept getting back confusing responses.

"Your parcel has been redirected."
"If it's not delivered by next week contact us."

The bag has been sitting in a warehouse about 5 kilometers from my house for over a week. It seems like DPD have got their wires crossed about the address, but pinqponq aren't able to pick up the phone
