Delivery was quick, app is functional, interactive and fun, device is secure on the collar. Completely and utterly useless at tracking your dog. Will only live track when it’s able to “phone home” and can’t connect if your dog is down a hole or locked in somewhere. When it does finally track, up to 20mins after launching the request, it’s not very accurate. But at least you get this heap of junk through your letterbox quickly!

In regards to your comments on whether we would be able to find your dog if it was down a hole or locked in somewhere, the answer is that it would be highly unlikely. True GPS Tracking requires a clear view of the sky thus making it almost impossible to find your dog in such a scenario.
The PitPat GPS Tracker is meant to be used whilst out and about walking your dog. If it does wander off, then we would like you to be able to find your dog, as quickly as possible.
This is one of the reasons we offer a no quibble 42-day return and refund period. If you've given your PitPat a thorough going over and decide that it isn't for you and your dog then we will make sure you are not out of pocket.

GPS Tracker seems well made but I don't like the Velcro used to fix onto the dog's collar. That won't last long when the dog goes through the bushes. Don't like emails and notifications daily pushing me to buy more. I hate the badges, which the dog seems to earn daily. It lowers the product. If I wanted a health manager I would have bought a health manager. I just need a tracker. As to the tracker, it works OK but not in the woods as it needs a good GPS signal. My previous one was GPS and mobile phone which was actually far superior. As to battery life, don't believe the adverts. Mine has been going 12 days and today I got an alert it needs charging. Should have bought an alternative product so, no, I cannot recommend it.

Fine but can't get the route to show up

If you haven’t got a good mobile signal then the battery life is very poor and you can’t find your dog quickly. I have 5 and I’ve always got at least 2 sitting on the chargers. They are slow charging. Other than that yes they are very easy to fit and very secure. They are definitely waterproof too.
