Great device, the only downside is that I need to remember to press 'start a walk' every time I want it to track my dog, but understandably it's to save battery. I like the colour options, and the ability to collect points to use towards products for my dog. It attached to my dog's rolled leather collar easily and securely, and is hidden beneath her fur.
I would say the collar is perfect for what I want it for. Only downside is that the battery does not last as long as the description online. Only lasts about a week and I didn’t even connect to GPS during that time.

Not very effective. The battery doesn't last long and there had been limited signal in the places we have been so we haven't been able to use it. I realise that the lack of signal isn't the company's fault but the product relies on something that doesn't enable satisfactory and effective use.

I am sorry that our GPS tracker didn't meet your expectations.
The internet can offer a variety of information regarding GPS devices and people's opinions on which ones work the best. We love being able to offer our customers a one-off payment option to buy our trackers, rather than entering into a subscription. This option doesn't make any difference to our trackers ability to track and to work as it should. Ours is identical in technology and performance compared to the major subscription-based trackers. We just have the ability to offer the same service without any form of subscription.

It's a good quality product well made. When I bought the tracker it was on offer so at a good value I was willing to pay. I love the tracker, my dog Bliss isn't bothered by wearing it either.
Easy to use with great xtra features in the app
I am happy with the colour and fitting.
Cute colour, very light. Easy attachment to harness. Quite secure. Survived a washing machine 30 min cycle with no issues. Battery lasts well, charging is very easy.
if I could give zero then I would as unable to use the product as no satellite connection can be achieved. But we know this is not accurate as we use other products i.e garmin, gos mapping which all work. Just about to send it back

I've looked into your case and I can see that you have spoken to one of our lovely Customer Suppawt agents who is sending you a new device in the post today.
Ultimately, if you are not completely happy, our 42-day promise means we will refund all your money including shipping both ways. I realise that doesn't get you the GPS tracker you want, but it at least means you're not out of pocket.

Good GPS tracker, stress free dog walks and extra piece of mind
Warning. Do not waste money. Fortunately, I have other pets with different GPS products with which I can directly compare. This product is advertised with a higher cost as no subscription is required however, what they don’t tell you is that a subscription is highly recommended for battery & Velcro strap replacements. The most important area for this product - its GPS location - completely, lets you down. It can take up to 10 minutes to connect to the device and 9 times out of 10 it completely fails to locate. It does have a wireless charge pad which is a good idea and I liked that for convenience.

Good piece of tech, gives new insight into what she does (or doesn’t) do.
Easy to use. Looks good. Fair price with no monthly subscription fees. Takes a minute or two to connect to the satellite but once connected tracks all the way through our walk and updates every 10 seconds or so.
