Hello Carolyn. So sorry you're not happy (great choice of colour though!). You don't say exactly where you've had problems, but in general PitPat works really well in open spaces! Not worth the money, doesn’t connect even with a constant phone signal and refreshes so slowly it is rendered useless if I really was tracking a lost dog.

Works well. Easy to set up. App is sometimes slow to start finding dog so start before leaving home, then it is continuos. Features on screen are often reversed, shown on rite when they are on left. That might be a i phone thing though.
