Yet again burnt and cold
Yet again burnt and cold. How both are managed in the same pizza is beyond me. The burnt crust taste is throught out the pizza. Entirely done with this lot. Expensive and inedible.

The vegan the "Pizz'and love" was disgusting and "fried artichokes" extremely salty that I felt sick afterwards. Never again.

Heard a lot about that place from my flatemate, pizzas are amazing and the Nutella ring is a MUST! Empty your tummies and dine here. Staff is really nice, specially Amelia, friendly and chatty!
Austrians in Cambridge
The pizzas were one of the best pizzas we’ve ever eaten. The staff was incredibly nice, especially Dylan and Marv :)

Really nice place to eat
I ate there about 6 weeks ago with a friend while on our way to a local museum. The staff were very friendly and the pizza and our cocktails were lovely. Will definitely eat there again.
Had a really negative experience
Had a really negative experience. We’ve been meaning to go there as it’s a new restaurant. My daughter and I stood for far too long before a waitress eventually came to ask the person in front and then us. Until then no one acknowledged we were even there.
Upon being shown to a table, when we attempted to order, the waitress was argumentative insisting Parmesan is vegetarian. Nothing on the menu is marked as vegetarian, it’s either vegan or not. The waitress went to ask the chef and returned to say Parmesan was vegetarian. I showed her my online search which confirmed Parmesan is never vegetarian. The waitress did not seem sure and insisted that she did not want to argue or that “there’s no point arguing”. She attempted to say that there were vegan options but I specifically asked for Parmesan to be avoided. It seemed too much to ask. Attitude of staff was awful. Unwelcoming, inflexible and seemed to want me to believe that it was vegetarian. This concerned me as pesto is not necessarily vegetarian either so there would have been more issues as we would’ve had to ask for the vegan pesto. Attitude of staff appalling. We left at this point as no confidence in staff and disappointed with how we were treated.
Great Pizza!
I love their pizza and the prices are reasonable! The staff are always nice and friendly. Always, nice to come over.
Fantastic service, beautiful location and of course delicious pizza
I went there today with my friend, we ordered 2salsicce and friarielli pizza, it was delicious, we really love it, we were served by Giulia, she was very nice and helpful, definitely we will come back again
Pizza in the post was terrible
Pizza in the post was terrible. We tried gluten free and it was the worst gluten free product we have ever tried. I cannot believe the cost for such a low quality product.

So after my not very complementary review about the service, cleanliness and chef touching his mobile and with the same hand carrying on making pizzas!! Someone wrote back and asked for my email, which I responded to & haven't heard anything since! I am not sure if this is any better.
Got a pizza to collect
Got a pizza to collect, Leta was absolute gem and sorted me out. Needed to change the type of pizza I had and she made the whole experience easy. Definitely the best in that branch 10/10

Brilliant service by Melania
Great food and great service by Melania!
Great service
Great experience, delicious pizza, and top customer service. Ordered the Pizza in the Post which sadly never arrived. When I contacted the Pizza Pilgrims support team they saw there was an issue with my order because of carrier strikes so they immediately dispatched a new pack. Shout out to Patrycja :) When it arrived the dough was fresh and the pizza turned out beautifully. Fantastic experience would definitely recommend and can't wait to order again!
Absolutely delicious!
Absolutely delicious!! Shoutout to Ilaria very nice girl always smiling and helpful!
Baci !❤️
Such a great idea!
Every other Saturday I can feel this overwhelming sense of pride and accomplishment from pretending to be a chef and making a fantastic pizza in just 5 minutes. And it comes out soooo amazing <3
Also, if you think "this pepperoni with honey seems weird", just try it once. It's a surprisingly great combination.
Why is cash refused??
Do not accept cash. Did not have enough balance on my card but had cash. Did not see the tiny sign in the window. Was told cash not acceptable (why is bank of england printed money not accepted in London?) Why not? Its legal tender. When their machines lose connection (and they will esp in power outages) hope it comes back to them to show what a stupid agenda they are following and its not by accident. Very mediocre over priced pizzas, flavourless drinks and entitled arrogant staff. Doubt it will still be here in a few years. Go pizza union or peoples pizza instead.
Bad service, be better
Charged the bill to one card, when we clearly said to split. This is the 2nd time this has happened in recent weeks so more than a bit rubbish. On this occasion the waitress shrugged her shoulders and walked off. I suggest you check your bill, get comfortable with the service charge. If you don't like it, reject it. And be prepared for poor service
The program pizza was not cut.
Absolutely delicious!!
