Had dinner in Oxford Pilgrims with family.
Restaurant was not that much busy however, Service was slow and bad .
It took 45 min to get the starters served Never had such a bad pizza before.
Pizza crust was burned, for all of us and taste was not good at all.
Had the double pepperoni & honey and the taste was weird. I have had pizza pilgrims before in many areas in London, but none of them tasted like the one I have had here. Pizza was absolutely soaked in pure syrup and I wasn’t able to finish even my first slice. The crust tasteless and burned.
It seemed to us that this particular restaurant does not have any professional staff ( kitchen, service).

We had the best afternoon at Pizza Pilgrims, Kingly Street! A duo birthday celebration, 6 ladies throughly enjoyed the most exquisite pizza, we tried an array of different toppings, copious amounts of Aperol Spritz’s, it was fabulous!
Yassine our perfect pizza server was absolutely brilliant in every way! Always attentive, happy and smiley.

Wonderful pizza. Tomatoe sauce is amazing and crust is super fluffy.

My boyfriend and I went to the Pizza Pilgrims in Carnaby last night. The pizza has amazingly generous toppings and is delicious, but best of all was Giuseppe’ service - he was really friendly and went above and beyond to answer my questions. Would 1000% recommend to anyone else - Giuseppe deserves a knighthood and so does the pizza

Great experience in branch - they found a table for us quickly, the food was amazing. Only critic is that we did ask for extra dipping sauce which wasn't given to us but considering we managed to dine during a busy lunchtime service that's understandable.

Best pizza - thoroughly enjoyed by all the family. Great vegan options too!

We had pizza kit order from you that was missing a key item. It was bought as a gift we couldn't give as a result.

The only way to contact you is via email where you say a real person will get in touch. We've emailed 3 times today throughout the day and you've not responded. That's shameful customer service.

Received a Pizza in the post as an incentive from work. The kit was fantastic, really clear instructions, and easy (and fun) to assemble.
Only issue was a problem with the tomato sauce which was off the charts salty (I think someone maybe put in double the salt - or more, it was that bad - instead of another ingredient), and I do like salt! As a result the pizzas we'd constructed were inedible. I'm 99% sure this is not their normal sauce taste.
However, I contacted customer service via email this morning. Sam apologised and a new kit, as a gesture of good will they are sending a new one.
I always give kudos for good service, and I think this is a great idea for something a little different on a Friday night. The other ingredients were really fresh and the dough cooked beautifully.
Fingers crossed for next time!

I may have to sue Pizza Pilgrims for murder as I've just died and gone to heaven. After watching a you tube clip endorsing their frying pan pizzas at home I thought I'd give it a try. I'm a total convert and actually excited to order again for a batch for a friends weekend away in March.

Ordered a bunch of the pizza kits for work colleagues and they're fantastic - brilliant quality and super helpful service. Would 100% recommend :)

The ingredients were not great - the basil was old and slimy and not enough cheese was provided with the kit. Overall, definitely not worth the money.

Beware buying a voucher!
We received a voucher from a family member but when trying to use it it turned out to be a voucher for dough that can only be used in store. Since we live 300 miles from London obviously this isn't going to be possible. They seem happy to take the £25 and offer no solution to the problem. Very very poor customer service.

Went to pizza pilgrim in selfridges and was served by the lovely angel , she recommended things on the menu which we loved and the service was really good . Really made our trip to london

At the beginning of December, I ordered a pizza kit for my son and daughter-in-law to be delivered on 24th December, but I found out a couple of weeks later that they would be spending Christmas with my daughter-in-law's family. So, I went onto the Pizza Pilgrims website to change the delivery address and, as there is no phone number given, I had to send an email from their website to give them the new delivery address. I got no response from them so, after several days, I sent them another email asking for confirmation that the delivery address had been changed, but again got no response. My son got a text message from DPD on 22nd, which showed his address for delivery so he changed the delivery address to that of a neighbour. I have just had an email from DPD showing the proof of delivery which turns out to be my son's front doorstep! So, I am not at all happy with the service I have received from Pizza Pilgrims this time. I'm sure the pizza will be delicious, as it was the last time I ordered from them, but I definitely think they need to improve their customer service and communication.
