Ordered a mother's Day pizza in the post to arrive the day before. Got an email to say it would arrive the day after mother's Day(!), then two from PP correcting this to say it would arrive on time. It didn't. No number to call and they don't respond to tweets. Will never give them my money again.

Dough to die for!!!
We had the Nduja pizza and were amazed at the quality. The video was really comprehensive and the method easy to follow. The topping ingredients are of an exceptional quality.
The frying pan/grill method is genius and gets an authentic result.
The star of the show however is that dough. Light and airy, crispy yet chewy. The quality shines through.
Highly recommend.

Pizza’s were delicious! Easy to follow instructions and everything you need included with the kit - even flour for dusting the surface for the dough! Will be ordering again for sure! Had a problem with the delivery but it was resolved quickly, the customer service was fantastic!

I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was amazing! So easy to do and the video instructions really helped. They are generous on the toppings and everything tastes amazing. One of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time

Sent the valentines pizza package to my son and his fiancee as a gift. They really loved it. Said it was great fun and easy to make and looked and tasted amazing - pepperoni with the spicy honey - they made nutella dough balls for dessert. Absolutely made up with my gift idea and will be sending one to my daughter for Easter.

Ordered a truffle and mushroom pizza with aperol spritz and nutella ring for Valentine’s Day. Has to be one of the top two best pizzas I’ve ever had (The other was hot out of a pizzeria in Italy and recommended by a local). The ingredients are superb and the whole experience of watching their video and making it at home made the whole thing into an experience. Thoroughly impressed. Made a boring lockdown week much more fun and interesting. Well done Pizza Pilgrims

Followed up the "lead" from our son and ordered the Valentine package. Excellent pizza with really tasty topping and that was the first time the chef (my wife) had made pizza. The dessert was good too.
Would certainly recommend.

Fantastic! I don’t usually opt for pizza, but OMG! So easy to make, lots of fun and not gona lie, one of the tastiest pizzas I’ve ever made! Did not expect that! Definitely doing this again, it’s such a nice treat! Thanks for making me like pizza again :-)

Really brilliant service. Had a slight issue with my order (received the wrong one) but was so impressed by their customer service and how quickly and professionally it was dealt this. A really fantastic concept for lockdown too- makes any evening a bit special. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

Great idea for us and the kids. Fortunately I have a pizza stone so was able to cook it really easily in the oven and we loved the aperol :-) Unfortunately the dough and tomato base was really salty which ruined the taste a bit.

We’ve ordered many a pizza in the post during lockdown. We had a slight issue with our most recent box. I contacted customer services who were more than helpful and solved everything to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend!

Great pizzas, so much fun making them and even more fun eating them. The double pepperoni with spicy honey is just so delicious.

We had the mushroom kit and were delighted with it. Really good quality ingredients, lovely dough and so much fun to put together too. Who knew you could make such great, authentic pizza with a frying pan and grill?! We were impressed that all the packaging was recyclable or compostable. The wool cooling packs are ingenious. We’ll definitely be buying again. It would be nice to have a few more meat-free options to choose from.

Bought a pizza kit for a family members birthday - the recipient described the pizza as fresh, lovely and the pesto dipping sauce as delicious. A fantastic alternative lock down birthday gift. Would highly recommend and will definitely order again. Thank you Pizza Pilgrims!!

Specified a delivery date as requested .... but no pizza. No up to date tracking info on dpd, no answer on pilgrims phone and no response to Twitter or Instagram contact. We now have no food in for dinner - suggest you have a backup plan

Most fantastic frying pan pizza kit which was delivered this morning. Was extremely impressed as we have an Aga and being a little wary, watched the helpful video and found that there was little difference in adaptation to make the pizza as per the instructions. It was probably more evenly cooked and crispy underneath than a conventional cooker - Yay!
The tomato sauce is the key for this pizza - absolutely delicious and very authentic, loved the whole presentation which is well thought through, and the eating was sublime.

This gave a whole new vibe to our Saturday night takeaway night.
The instructions were very easy to follow and the videos are great if you are not sure on the technique needed. Was very fun and simple to do but tasted amazing!
The Nutella ring is very moreish!
