Delicious pizzas and excellent overall service. High quality ingredients and simple to follow instructions made for a great fun evening. Ordering and delivery really easy and very efficient. All items arrived in perfect condition. A brilliant option until we can get back to the restaurant. Well done and thank you Pizza Pilgrims team!

We paid a £5 delivery fee for a selected date and the product still hasn’t arrived over 48 hours later.

I have finally had an email response and they are only offering a refund.

I would expect better compensation for a ruined Friday evening, I will not be using their service again.

Absolutely amazing service. Unfortunately I had to contact Pizza Pilgrims as the courier was going to be up to 24hours late. They came back to me really quickly and offered a refund or a new kit. I chose a new kit and it came just 2 days after my original date. The instructions were easy to follow, lovely ingredients and me and my husband loved the pizza. Already recommended to friends and family and orders have been placed. Thank you Pizza Pilgrims, looking forward to the next one.

A really good experience! Delivery time very accurate and cold storage pack worked well. Instructions and product labelling clear and obvious. Good fun to make and very tasty! Particularly enjoyed the Nutella ring dessert. Would definitely recommend and order again!

Love the brand and the pizzas in the restaurant and was really happy that Pizza Pilgrims have managed to deliver the same great taste though the post. Plus we had a great time putting it all together. Will be ordering again.

We used Pizza Pilgrims for a team bonding event over zoom. Pizza kits were sent to all the home addresses of those in the team and we all had a fun experience making pizza all together whilst chatting and catching up. The pandemic has changed the way we do things but little incentives like this are fab ways to connect with your team whilst having fun! Excellent service and a great way to connect - and who doesn't love a pizza!

I received the pizza by mail and had a lot of fun preparing them. The instructions were easy to follow and enough toppings were provided to cover both pizzas. We did not have a pan that can also go into the oven and had to transfer the pizza mid-cooking. Still enjoyed a delicious pizza afterwards.
This is a great idea and I have since heard from friends that they did this as a work team event.

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience given by Pizza Pilgrims, made a ordinary boring Saturday into and enjoyable, laugh for the family! 10/10 will order again!!

I genuinely enjoyed the pizza in the post. I was nervous because I’m not pizza chef, but the instructions were clear, ingredients were labelled, and everything came together nicely.

The dish didn’t take long to make and we were full after eating both pizzas.

As a Dad of 2 (3&5-year-old) and a chef of many years, I can not recommend this product enough, especially during the current pandemic.

We received the full Valentines package, this was delivered safely and storage was amazing and definitely in line with my expectations especially as it contains food items.

I and my children made the Pizzas together (minus the cocktail of course), the instructions were straightforward to follow and the children loved getting hands-on with the food which is amazing.

The final product was near restaurant quality and the entire family loved the experience and myself and my wife are already considering a second purchase for Valentine's day !!

Great work Pizza Pilgrims, I can't believe this hasn't been thought of before especially for those of us who live outside major cities.

Pizza kit arrived on Saturday at the exact time they'd promised. All you need is a frying pan, everything else you need is in the box - enough two make two delicious margaritas. It's SO EASY. I pimped mine with a few other ingredients I had around the kitchen. I am no chef, but I made two simple, delicious and highly satisfying pizzas. In the absence of being to eat out, I would highly recommend these kits; easy, fun to make and delicious. Thank you Pizza Pilgrims!

Delivery didn’t arrive on Saturday as promised and paid for. PP blamed the courier, but then they would wouldn’t they! I won’t bother trying again. Hugely disappointing.

Amazing to pizza in the post and have everything to hand to make the perfect pizza at home. A fab way to have a pizza and would highly recommend.

I regularly used to 🙄 eat in Pizza Pilgrims, amazing food, very friendly and welcoming staff in all the sites ! I have now ordered the Pizza at home package 4 times and its incredible ! great for the family to get involved. Highly recommended..... until we can get back into those lovely restaurants 🍕😍

We love eating in Pizza Pilgrims and during lockdown it has been the food we've missed the most. The pizza kits are fantastic and taste just as good as the pizzas in the restaurant. The instructional video is easy to follow and you can also get the kids involved. We've always had great service at their restaurants and the online customer service have been really helpful and super efficient too.

Brilliant idea by Pizza Pilgrims! Pizza kit arrived well packaged; couldn’t have made the assembly and cooking instructions any easier. The pizza was gorgeous and well worth the money.
