Ordered online, super easy website usage. Can easily select what style plate you want etc. went for carbon effect 3D and the result is awesome. Would buy again.

Ordered Gel plates and arrived spot on just over a week later. Cheapest around and excellent quality and the latest standard BSAU145e. Will be using again in the future

Nothing but possitive feedback here. Ordered my 4D plates which were delivered promptly, came safely packaged without any scratches or damages. High quality plates, came exactly as I wanted them and look amazing on my car! Definitely recommend!

Plates never arrived, was waiting weeks and no response to emails or messages. Then eventually they commented on my instagram pic saying 'Nice rack babe'! I was mortified, how can a company come out with comments like they did, they blocked me shortly after! Ive read all the reviews, and heard so many stories, avoid these people, they take your money and dont provide! Theyre supposdly not road legal either. I had to claim with my bank! They also sell under delta plates, its the same people.

I thought I was not going to receive my plates as I had received no communication about my shipment or tracking. I received my plate 11 days after placing the order. I even got a call from PL8LAB to ensure I was happy. It seems they only took over the business in July. Most of the old reviews relate to previous owners. New owners are just trying to get things right. A few teething problems but you should be fine using them

The trouble is with the internet, it doesnt represent reality. The internet mostly contains the clients who didnt get tip top service, so feel the need to complain. Thus, im going to say that PL8LAB did just what they said on the tin. I placed my order.... And several days later a very well wrapped parcel arrived. Plates in good condition and just as ordered. I will CERTAINLY be using them again. 👍

I placed an order on 5th of September. Tried to track my order, no info available. Sent approximately 5 emails through the week, not one response. All i want to know is the approx delivery date. Not much to ask. So far not convinced i am going to get my order. Good job i paid through Paypal. Please be very wary.

Not sure why there are bad reviews because I ordered 2 plates from PL8 LAB and they both arrived 4 days after purchase with updates on where it was leading up-to delivery. Plates are top quality, can’t complain. Highly recommend!

Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing! Ordered plates on sale, all good and arrived within a week however 1 arrived damaged. No response after 3/4 days on email so messaged on Instagram, responded within 24 hours saying they would arrange to replacement letter and this was Tuesday. Its now Sunday, no replacement, no response, no update. I'll be claiming through PayPal if they don't respond to my 3rd message. AVOID!!!!

Poor customer service. One of the two plates arrived damaged. Quick to take your money but have not even had a response!! Avoid buying from them!!

Honestly don’t know why these have such a low review, I’ve ordered 2 lots of plates now, mine and my father in laws, both came in less then a week and are both perfect. I got reply’s when messaged on social media. Would use again easy. Thanks Pl8lab

Avoid... Sent me the completely wrong plates out to what i ordered. Took ages to reply to my messages. Agreed to refund me if i returned the plates to which i had to pay for, for the plates to just be returned to me as the address they gave me doesnt exist. Now trying to resolve this with paypal.

Not going to lie - was very very worried after reading the reviews (ordered before seeing them). But to be fair to pl8 lab the plates arrived after 5 days. Quality seems good. Has the correct markings on them for the BS AU 145d and a manufactures name and postcode. Many thanks
