What can I say other than Plantmortgages is your best bet for a professional and personalized experience for climbing the property ladder. Frankie is a fantastic person, he helps take away all worries and finds you what is best suited for your situation, while this might seem normal, I have been through the same route with another mortgage advisor who messed me about for several months with no update and calls; however, the moment i was introduced to Frankie, he submitted my application within the first 4 days of being in conversation and exchanging documents and in the space of 3 weeks, my application was approved and now i have just completed and ready to move into my first home (All within 6 weeks). One thing that stands out for me is the level of communication and information He provided every step of the way. If Frankie was going to be out of the office, he would send an email with a contact person, should you need help! How awesome is that? I will recommend Planetmortgages/Frankie to any and everyone in a heartbeat. Let me say, my friend has had the same experience.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Frankie and the team could not of done anymore to help and was always there regarding any information or quires I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone in fact I have already passed there details over to a friend and I know they are very happy with the service they have had so far. Originally having a decision in principal for what we thought was the best rate available to us we then spoke to Frankie who was extremely enthusiastic and adamant he could get us a better deal.

Frankie kept to his word and didn’t only just beat the deal we already had but beat it by a large margin saving us thousands in repayments.

The whole experience was faultless from start to finish. Well informed, honest, calming and willing to respond to any concerns I had at any point throughout the day - and night! I’ve used Frankie as a first time buyer and more recently again for my remortgage and I wouldn’t consider using anyone else. We hit a bit of a bump in the road due an issue on the lender’s side however, Frankie stepped in immediately and addressed the issue within days.
