Thank you so much for making the whole mortgage process so easy, as a first time buyer I had no idea what to do or what to expect but Frankie and his team were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend them to anybody!!

Absolutely amazing service done by Frankie and his team. Cannot fault any of it. We phoned Frankie needing 2 paralel mortgages at once and asap or we would have been missing out on a good property but knowing this is not a 2 min job, Frankie sure made it look like it was. Often going out of his way to talk to us Frankie was always there for questions when we had them. From the afordability, to the mortgage type, everything done so well and quick we are so happy and def a contact to keep for future mortgages and also going on my 'professionals to recommend' list!

It was such a delight working with Sian and the team at Planet Mortgages. I found their approach incredibly personable, honest, and patient. This was very necessary for me as a naive first-time buyer! Sian took the time to walk me through each step and, when inevitable complications arose, she was always proactive, going above and beyond, to get things resolved. It was such a pleasure, thanks team!

I was very unsure on the whole mortgage thing and how it all worked etc, they where always on hand to help answer any questions . Often going out of his way to be able to speak to us to help us out throughout the whole process , I can’t recommend him enough! A true credit to his profession.

I was recommended to use Planet Mortgage from the Estate agent of the property I was buying from. Straight off the bat Sian was cool, calm and collected. No jargon, just straight up info that I needed. Not once did I feel pushed or misguided. Planet Mortgage secured me a fantastic mortgage rate which was very competitive compared to what others was offering.
I had a LOT of trouble with the house buying part which Sian from Planet Mortgage kept in constant touch and helped out when ever she could.
I nearly lost out on the mortgage because of the seller but Sian jumped in and pushed the deal over the finishing line on the very final day (I'm not even kidding!).
I can't stress enough how Planet Mortgage made a messy buying process run smoother.

Where do we start! As first time buyers, we knew very little about the process of buying a home.
We worked with Sarp as our broker, who was completely fantastic in helping us get through everything! From popping in offers for us, or reassuring us when we were feeling anxious, to getting us through all the necessary paperwork, everything was completed really promptly and we always felt like a priority in what we know has been a really busy time for people working in this industry currently!
The main reason we decided to choose Planet Mortgages from the get go was because of Sarp’s friendly and quick-witted personality. From the first call, he felt more like a friend than anything else and really made us laugh and enjoy this entire process, which we were expecting to be an incredibly stressful ordeal.
From the moment we had the offer accepted on our new home, Sarp and the rest of the team worked to keep us updated at all times with the mortgage and answered all our questions, no matter how silly we felt they might be!
Over all we’ve had such a positive experience and couldn’t be happier with the treatment we have received!
