Unprofessional Behavior
Ordered and paid on July 3rd, the item never came to my hands (sent and returned without explanation), when I asked the reason, they said I should wait the SAME item to return so they could send it again (instead of sending me a new one), nothing happened even though I communicated a lot of times (always with my initiation!!), now after 2,5 months they don't even answer!

I arranged the refund of your order today and attached the credit note.
It will take a couple of days before you will receive the money back.
I understand your frustration and I apologize for the fact it took so long.
But please understand also my position. I never received the meter back and getting it back is the only evidence for me that the customer didn’t receive it and doesn't try to fool me.
Sometimes customers try to trick me by saying they never received the meter (but in reality they did receive it) AND they try to get their money back by saying they never received it. I am not accusing you, but I just don’t know (and don’t have any proof) until I receive the meter back.
Anyway, the meter seems to be lost on it's way back to me, and indeed it takes too much time now to wait any longer.
Please let me know the moment you receive your money back.

Jammer dat je meteen een slechte review hebt gegeven en me niet eerst hebt benaderd dat de meter defect is. Onze standaardprocedure is dan dat ik je eerst een gratis retourlabel stuur. Ik kijk dan na ontvangst of ik de meter kan repareren, zo niet dan stuur ik een nieuwe op.
Ik wil je graag tot een tevreden klant maken, dus ik zal de verzendkosten van € 20,- vergoeden.
Kan je me aangeven wat het exacte bedrag was?
Zodra ik de meter heb ontvangen kom ik er bij je op terug.

Good aftersales
I ordered rainpoint devices, which were delivered timely and appropriately. But the most i like about this shop is the after sales service!
Guido is very responsive to questions and helps reflecting on any problems with products sold. I had a few challenges with the devices and after a year or so one did not work anymore. Probably a water leak inside, which would be a rare case. After his questions and investigation i received a replacement device for free. And he did his best to get it to me timely before my leave (otherwise i would have a dry garden...)
