How funny
How funny. I got your product but it does not work. You understand me but you declare: “it has to work”. Any positiv or negativ reviews do not exist. Otherwise you could not tell me about what I did wrong. If you do not have objections I prefer my dutch language but everybody can read. By the way, is it possible to use 3 Volt battery for a lot of Mega Ohms ?”

Very funny indeed! The customer ordered a moisture sensor wit 7 LED's and returned it instead of contacting us first. I checked the sensor and it worked without any problems. The customer obviously didn't read the included instructions and didn't remove the insulation (a piece of transparent plastic) from the batteries (first instruction in the manual)! I took it off and the problem was solved of course. Instead of admitting he didn't read the instructions he started us to blame. We sent him a new one and we hope he will read the instructons this time.
