Plants were as described , packed well and in good condition

Ordered the black bamboo in the 3litre pot , not sure what to expect as was only £39 or near enough . Absolutely stunning when it arrived so healthy bigger than I thought absolutely love it packaging was brilliant and delivered fairly quick will definitely buy from this company again big Thankyou

Took 2 weeks to arrive & the quality was shocking.

Ordered a Convolvulus cneorum online that arrived quickly- was well packaged and the plant was really healthy and quite large. One slight issue was the cost of delivery but given it arrived quickly and was very well packaged I can’t complain. Overall really happy with my purchase from Plants Galore and would recommend this company.

Although the four shrubs I ordered arrived late, I am happy with the quality and the size of all of them. They were well packed, and we’re good value.

The service from Plants Galore was beyond excellent.
I ordered two Escallonia plants, and one of them was a large Golden Ellen in a 20 litre pot.
However when the plant arrived from Holland, they were not happy with the condition it was in.
So they pruned it and delivered it to me for half of the original purchase price of £130.

Every single plant was in top condition until it reached me.Superb packaging and absolutely frst class plants in 9cm pots.I would recommend to other people if they are looking for some hard to get species.

I wanted a specific type of echinacea to complete a new garden and found this site was the only one with availability and was prepared to pay the premium resulting from the addition of the postage cost. What I had failed to realise that orders placed after Wednesday would not be processed for fulfilment until the following Thursday. Consequently the delivery was ten days after order with little in the way of communication other than the initial order acknowledgment email. Initial attempts to contact them regarding the order went unanswered until I finally had a phone call answered and their ordering system explained to me.
The plants came promptly via APC, very well packaged and in excellent condition so it's a shame that I've deprived them of a star simply for poor communication which would have been avoided if it had been made evident on the site or in their acknowledgment email of their weekly processing of orders.

Packaged well and fast delivery, however I’ve given it 3 stars because I ordered a large 7.5 litre pot and it had a lot of cuttings taken away from it, obviously for propergation purposes. It wasn’t any bigger than a 5 litre pot which was less expensive so a bit disappointed.
