The service from Plants Galore was beyond excellent.
I ordered two Escallonia plants, and one of them was a large Golden Ellen in a 20 litre pot.
However when the plant arrived from Holland, they were not happy with the condition it was in.
So they pruned it and delivered it to me for half of the original purchase price of £130.

Every single plant was in top condition until it reached me.Superb packaging and absolutely frst class plants in 9cm pots.I would recommend to other people if they are looking for some hard to get species.

I wanted a specific type of echinacea to complete a new garden and found this site was the only one with availability and was prepared to pay the premium resulting from the addition of the postage cost. What I had failed to realise that orders placed after Wednesday would not be processed for fulfilment until the following Thursday. Consequently the delivery was ten days after order with little in the way of communication other than the initial order acknowledgment email. Initial attempts to contact them regarding the order went unanswered until I finally had a phone call answered and their ordering system explained to me.
The plants came promptly via APC, very well packaged and in excellent condition so it's a shame that I've deprived them of a star simply for poor communication which would have been avoided if it had been made evident on the site or in their acknowledgment email of their weekly processing of orders.

Packaged well and fast delivery, however I’ve given it 3 stars because I ordered a large 7.5 litre pot and it had a lot of cuttings taken away from it, obviously for propergation purposes. It wasn’t any bigger than a 5 litre pot which was less expensive so a bit disappointed.

Shocking experience..

Misselling at its worst!

They put two 3l hibiscus in a 10l tub. Both of which were half alive and even funnier still they put different varieties In which gave the game away still further.

In fairness they gave me a refund - but they clearly hope they are selling to in experienced gardeners.

Plant recieved in poor condition.... Yellow leaves, brown at the edges, sparse.
I have sent 2 emails.... Still waiting for a reply

Service was really good from the retailer and really prompt in replying to my emails. Unfortunately the delivery was not as professionally handled and the tree was quite damaged on receipt.

Plants arrived in perfect condition, healthy and well watered. Packaging was from good materials and provided excellent protection during transportation.

Ordered 2 patio olive trees 100cm tall. They arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. I’d been to a few garden centres prior and came away disappointed. But these are simply perfect , in fantastic condition and look amazing potted up by the front door. Having read lots of reviews on this and other companies before ordering I’m so glad I took the plunge and chose plants galore, couldn’t be happier thank you

Bought a hanging basket to replace one lost to the heat waves. Delivery was ok although box was just left on doorstep. Once we had revived the basket from the delivery it looked ok but seemed a bit average. May be its late in the season and the plants best time has passed.
