With our boiler suddenly producing a leak you sent a technician within a few hours to investigate.
We were without hot water and central heating. Good that we have a gas fire that you regularly service, that was called into action for the first time in years!
The boiler repair was completed a few days later.

Came on time and did a thorough job inc at our request a close inspection of the water tank fittings

We had issues with couple of taps in the house and engineer Ryan was an absolutely lovely man, he fixed the taps within an hour and even gave us hints and tips and advice on things we can do ourselves to fix small issues. His help was much appreciated and we are 100% happy with the service received.

I recently had a new boiler installed and that was excellent as well

Outstanding service. Moved into our new home, only to find that the vendors had taken away the Tado Internet bridge. Finally got it returned, but the heating still wouldn’t work. Had one company come out but all they knew to do was a temporary rewiring so we lost ability to have two circuits. We tried Plumbgas next and although it’s taken them several visits because of idiosyncrasies with our house they communicated with Tado multiple times and have now got our heating working on two separate circuits with no extra charges incurred for all the extra visits.

Thanks again for a yearly service on the gas central heating. Mick is a fantastic engineer with a great customer focus. Thanks again for a job well done.

This visit was to replace a worn seal in the boiler. The service was excellent being kept informed about the arrival time of the engineer. Very polite and professional. Didn't feel like I was being overcharged. Happy to continue to use Plumbgas

Jack worked really hard. Although there was a faulty part, he rushed to the plumbing shop twice and managed to fix the gas leak and connect the new gas oven. Well done!

Engineer arrived ahead of time and completed the work with first rate professionalism. The job was to replace bath mixer tap cartridges…… previously untouched for 22 years!

Have always had first class service from Plumbgas. Rang the company yesterday morning as we had a cold radiator and the engineer called the same day. The issue was fixed but a leaking filter unit was identified. Today the new unit was installed. These engineers are always busy but will always try and fit you in as soon as possible. Can't fault the service we have received. Thank you Ethan and Chris.
