Excellent service
2nd year of using plumbgas and another excellent service from this company and Jack Cross, they kept me informed from booking of any changes to appointment and when the engineer was on the way. Jack also serviced my father in laws boiler next door and he was impressed with service and advice given.

Emergency boiler repair.
With our boiler suddenly producing a leak you sent a technician within a few hours to investigate.
We were without hot water and central heating. Good that we have a gas fire that you regularly service, that was called into action for the first time in years!
The boiler repair was completed a few days later.
Excellent response and repair, thank you.

Great service
We had issues with couple of taps in the house and engineer Ryan was an absolutely lovely man, he fixed the taps within an hour and even gave us hints and tips and advice on things we can do ourselves to fix small issues. His help was much appreciated and we are 100% happy with the service received.
