Damp survey
I had a bad problem with damp and wasn't sure what was causing it or what to do about it. I used Plumb Stone to carry out an independent survey which resulted in a detailed report which was really helpful in identifying the problem and what needed to be done to sort it out. Alan was professional, friendly and helpful throughout and his expertise was invaluable. Highly recommended.

Excellent Independent Damp Survey
Outstanding service in every way. All my specific queries before I decided to book a survey were answered promptly and sample reports were also provided. As he carried out his inspection I was impressed by the surveyor's thoroughness and his written report, which arrived within 48 hours, is very detailed but easy for a lay-person to understand. The report prioritises recommended work, as I had requested, and gives guide prices for each job. The cost of the survey is money well spent as it is now clear that far less work is required than tradesmen from whom I had already received estimates suggested. Although I have not yet had any of the recommended repairs carried out, I feel confident that Plumbstone Surveyors have saved me a fortune.
